I have taken our Prius, Odyssey, and my sister's cruiser there for everything from oil changes to AC work to Axle work to inspections. They are thorough and efficient. I am usually in no rush and drop off the vehicle then walk home. They don't do more than they need to - by that they don't intentionally try to generate more work. They have told me when I have gone in for work that (a) wasn't a safety issue, (b) part was OK, just needed to be tweaked, or (c) maybe get it checked the next time. They will have our business for a long time

After 2 tow drivers and the Sam's Club mechanic couldn't figure it out, I looked up a repair shop and God gave me Christian Brothers, under 2 miles away from where we were and very kind and understanding over the phone. Unfortunately it was a holiday weekend and we would have to leave it. This was no problem but I was going to have to come back to get it if it was worth it. OMGOODNESS I fell more in love with the service and work. Brian was amazing walking me through every step and sending photos and videos. This helped so much. I cant say enough. Clean, informative, helpful and respectful and not making me feel bad that I didn't understand. I Thank them all for the work and service.

Over the years, on several Volvos and a SAAB they have completed all types of services from corrective high pressure AC sensors to preventative timing belt replacements time and time again Jeff and the whole team at Autos of Europe have delivered prefect repairs. The costs are always less the a dealership. They have the tooling and diagnostic equipment to get the job done. Most importantly the have the experience to use the tool effectively too. Responsive, Professional, Accurate, Honest are some of the words that come to mind with each visit.

Took in my 2007 Mercedes Benz CLS 550 84k miles,for rough idle and check engine light…read more Diagnosed as bad O2 sensor and damaged ECU unit. ECU damaged by heater in O2 sensor shorting out. Requires O2 sensors ,all 4, which makes sense and a new ECU for a total of $7900.00. Chose not to repair at this price. Had all 4 O2 sensors replaced at a local garage near me. No more issues after that, ECU is ok. I feel the $3972.06 charge for an apparently not needed ECU was either incompetent diagnostics or ............draw your own conclusion. The 4 O2 sensors, OEM, plus labor to install was under $700.00. While there the oil and filter were changed, original diagnostics charge Totaled $390.09 which was fine. If I just generalize here with approximations $7900 minus $400 minus $3900 still leaves roughly $3600 for a job that was under $700.00 elsewhere. Not a positve experience, walked away feeling very suspicous of the accuracy of the diagnosis and the price of the repair, wont be back , will stick with the MB dealer from now on.

So I turned up my radio and the noise went away!! HaHaHa! Car has been getting louder lately but I'm hard of hearing so no problem!!
