Just go to Apple, spend a little more and save yourself the stress. I had Apple replace the battery on my phone and everything was fine after that. Then I cracked my screen and had this place replace the screen. After that I started to see hot spots and dark areas. The guy at Microfix blamed Apple for putting my battery in incorrectly causing pressure points. Again my phone was absolutely fine from the time my battery was replace until the new screen was put in. However, to give this place the benefit of the doubt, I took my phone back to Apple to see what they had to say. They told me the glass used here is NOT Apple and is thicker than the glass they use, which is why I have pressure points now. Both this place and Apple seemed to have valid points, but at the end of the day, my phone was fine for months after I had my new battery and only started to have issues once I came here. So again, just suck it up, make the appt., with Apple and pay the extra $20-$40 depending on what you need. You'll be much happier. read more

I just moved to the area and had to fix my cracked screen. I had no LCD issue and it was just my glass. The owner told me parts were not available and he had to order a black glass replacement for my black iphone 7. I still went to the shop and he called telling me he suddenly had one while I was on my way. On yelp and his website the advertised price for iphone 7 glass is 125. And yelp offers 20% off for check in. He said no to those and charged me 135. When I picked up my phone the touch screen was not working and I was not able to do anything with my phone. He then told me go to an Apple store and they will re-calibrate it for me. So driving around through town for 40 minutes the Apple store said they cannot do anything because its a 3rd party repair. So I came back to the shop and he said he will just issue a refund. He then made me wait 3 hours to put my old screen on and issue the refund. Basically there are two types of glass replacement parts. Apple original and unauthentic knock off overseas manufactured. Most unauthentic do not work with newer iphones. He never told me this. This is why when apple does their screen replacement for 140$ btw theres no problems. They dont magically hook it up for calibration when replacing screens like he was telling me. I found another shop really close by who was honest and told me he has unauthentic and also apple original which I ended up going through. Im not sure how this company works with older phones but for iPhone 7 I would not recommend especially because the integrity of them to not be honest with a customer who chose their business over the 15 in the area. read more

Went in to get my screen replaced. Paid $250 because the bald guy told me the factory screens were so much better. Picked up the phone and realized their was a pixel bubble the size of a quarter dime in the corner. Showed the tech and he said that it was something I did and that he can replace it for free with the aftermarket screen, which was now mysteriously just as good as the factory. He also fixed my screen and handed it back to me with both my cameras not working. So when I took it back in he wanted to charge me an additional $60 in labor to take my phone back apart and fix my cameras. Which he had the parts for when he repaired it the first time. Typical scams. Go to the repair place on Apache and McClintock. I'd have gone there but they were closed and it was an emergency. At least you'll get an honest business experience there because this place was garbage. read more

I came here to get my iPhone 6s screen replaced after I completely shattered it at the gym and expected to wait about an hour. That's how long it took when I replaced an iPhone screen somewhere else a few years ago. It only took about 8 minutes here. Great place to get phone fixed. He charged $160 for iPhone 6s Plus screen and LCD to be fixed. He was super quick and very knowledgeable. This place is a SCAM!!! He will ask if you have discoloration on your screen making it sound bad and say it cost $240 to replace the digitizer. However, the digitizer is part of the screen fix so your problem will be solved any ways!! Go to batteries + much cheaper no hassle trustworthy. read more

A few weeks ago I took my iPad Mini, iPhone 6, and I Samsung J-3 Luna Pro in to have their screens replaced. Mustafa I have the Apple phone done in 15 minutes yes. The iPad mini had to keep overnight to replace the screen. The Samsung J-3 Mustafa had to glue the screen twice while I was there and it took at least an hour because the screen kept coming off because it wasn't blue correctly the first time. Then I took it home that night and went to use the phone and push the little black button and I noticed that the screen at the bottom head cracked but only at the bottom and when I push the black button to light up my screen they cracked even more. I called in the next morning and when I told Mustafa he said it would cost me another $80 to replace the screen and I said no I'm not going to pay that he said there's no place out there that will replace your screen for free the very next day. I said they will if it's their fault in the first place because it wasn't glued correctly. Then when I wrote a bad review he called me immediately and said he would fix it for free and then when I got there he charged me $25 for the glass so he didn't keep his word. The glass on my J-3 is coming off again within two weeks of having it fixed 3 times at this place. This place is a rip off and a scam. I will never go back. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

I thought I was getting a great deal via groupon to replace my iPhone 5s screen and LCD display (about $60 in total), and was originally very satisfied with the job. However, I went out to the movies this afternoon and apparently sitting for two hours will cause a crack in the brand new screen, who knew! I took it back in later this evening and they wanted to charge me $50 (later dropped to $45) for a repair. All in all, I will not be coming back here and retracted my suggestion to a friend to get her screen fixed earlier this weekend. read more
