But eventually almost all the tables filled up. The customer service sat me immediately and helped me whenever I requested. They also checked on me frequently. I really enjoyed my food. It came out hot and tasty. I think I would have preferred the omelet not be so well done, but it was very, very good. I ate every bite. I highly recommend Angie's cafe for an easy tasty meal anytime you're in a Stockbridge area.

They are very well seasoned. Jazmine was our server. She is very sweet and has great energy. The restaurant is very well staffed and it has a friendly atmosphere. The weakest link and the less than 5 star comes from the curly haired hostess. When we arrived, she was super dry. Also, there was only one other table seated, yet she only offered us the worst two seater tables along the wall. It would be understandable if they were busy, but they were not. She starts off the restaurant's experience on the wrong foot. However, the rest of the staff are very much the opposite and turned the vibes right around. *Has a parking lot in the back if you're wondering.

Plenty of options to choose from so it's def worth a dip n dab to try. Service was great our server was nice we didn't get checked up on much because we didn't really need anything. . I got the steak and eggs which honestly steak was okay it had a lot of silver skin and maybe put in a sodium brine for texture and to keep the steak tender so I didn't really have the greatest taste. Grits were good chicken and waffle was good also my god parents loved their bowls and fish and grits. My latte was on point. Definitely would come and try other things on the menu that looked great! . Parking is first come first serve of course and overflow can be parked at the Burger King on the side closest to facility and by At Home and you walk on down. I do suggest jointing the wait list online or checking out before you come! Either way the ladies up front were very helpful to get you in!

They have a few locations on the Southside and a robust menu. It was after 12 PM but they only serve breakfast and lunch. I was on the fence with ordering a burger or a breakfast plate. I also wanted to try their flights at the bar so I did just that. I decided on the Crab Cake Benny and the mimosa flight. For the price of 2 drinks, it's a better value to get the flight. The bartender was attentive, yet busy and service was fast. The food was presented very well and the drinks were great. I had a simple one flavor for the mimosa flight then asked for the rose mix for just one of my drinks. That caused my flight to go from $19.99 to $24.99. Wow. It was literally a shot size! The Crab Cake Benedict with grits was delightful. I mean, one of the best I've eaten in ages. I had it prepared on a biscuit versus an English muffin. The best choice! The grits were flavorful with just the right amount of butter and salt. Overall, it was a great lunch but the up-charge on the flight was the only low-light. Took a star off for that. I'll surely be back when I'm in the area!

Immediately upon entering there's a variety of booths, tables and bar seating. We opted for a table on the opposite side of the DJ so we could hear each other talk. Service was from Mimi who was very helpful in recommending the sides for our entree. We ended up ordering the jerk wings (appetizer), turkey wings with collards, dressing and candied yams. I ate the wings as my entree and we shared the sides. The presentation was great. Real plates & flatware. The sides came in their own bowls so the food doesn't touch. We were so hungry I didn't snap a picture but just imagine it! Or go try it for yourself when you're in the area. 5 Stars! The strip mall entrance and parking a bit of a challenge. Full review below: I went in Saturday afternoon. It was lightly busy but fully staffed so help/attention came quick. Dining solo so I opted for a seat at the bar. Bartender was super attentive. Didn't have to wait long for a menu or to place my order. Also, she regularly checked in on how everything was. I ordered the Yellow Diamond Martini ($15) and it was delicious. I got the fried green tomatoes (4 pieces) for $11.95. Complimentary very tall cup of water. The tomatoes were a little small so this is definitely an appetizer/light snack...which is A-OK for me. It came out shortly after my martini was ready. Overall, minus tip, it came to $29. Music was playing through a speaker but not too loud. People could comfortably have a conversation. There are multiple tvs throughout. I appreciated that some of them were showing stuff other than sports. One monitor, near the restroom, is devoted to Culturistic Kitchen content, which is smart. I did use the restroom. It's two stalls and two sinks. The non-handicap/ADA stall is tiny. I'm like a medium-sized woman who is 5'7 and even I was like yikes. When the place is busy/packed I could see a wait or a line for the bathroom. The one major downside...which is not Culturistic Kitchen's fault is that the strip mall is not easy to get out of and onto the main road (Jodeco Rd) especially if you're turning left. The parking lots for all the shops, which are great businesses, should be bigger than it is. Don't be surprised if, during peak times, you may have to park 1-2 doors down from the restaurant. Overall, I would go again. I don't go out to eat that often (there's food at the house ) but if I want a good cocktail and a light snack or try some of their regular food items, I would come again. More than likely, I'd choose an off-peak time because I wouldn't want to experience it at near full capacity but that's just me.
