Today is was to remove a huge tree that was taken down by storm. We have had our eyes on the tree for years. It hung dangerously over the expressway and over the utility wires. BGE and MD State Highway refused to address the concern. Well last month Mother Nature took control and took the tree down along with all the wires and broached the I-83 retaining wall. The A-AAA crew that removed the tree and debris was on time and courteous as usual. All that was contacted was completed to our satisfaction. We still have several large trees in our yard. The plumbing company left a mess, damaging our tree, crushing bushes, and leaving big pile of dirt in the yard. We called Ridley's. They came out promptly for an estimate, and once we said yes, they came out promptly and did an amazing job. They did so well that our neighbor was watching them work and hired them on the spot to do some grading in his yard. For the grass, they offered us the option of doing sod or seed. We went with the seed, so the (after) picture just shows the straw, but we anticipate having a beautiful lawn next summer. They were highly professional, worked hard, and simply got the job done as it should be done. After receiving estimates from three companies to remove my above-ground pool and completely…read moreremodel my backyard, I ultimately chose Lazo Outdoors--and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. The project included removing the above-ground pool along with all of the dirt, sand, and gravel that supported it. I also wanted the area leveled and restored with fresh topsoil and sod. In addition, I wanted my attached deck, screened-in porch, and railings completely replaced. One important request was enclosing the underside of the deck to prevent animals from making it their home or shelter. I also wanted the screened porch upgraded with a ceiling fan and interior lighting, while the exterior would have three floodlights and illuminated railings.
