I needed service on my garage door. It was about 5 years old, and had not been serviced since I…read moremoved in about 4 years ago. The door was making quite a bit of noise when opening. In addition, the keypad was no longer working. I set up an appointment on their website, which was easy to do, and they arrived just a couple minutes after the scheduled time. They were friendly and quick. They quickly reset the keypad and it worked with my new code. They then used lubricant on the rollers for the garage door and checked a few things on the main garage door opener unit and deemed everything fine. The door now opens MUCH quieter. The whole process probably took about 10 minutes. They charged me a reasonable rate and that was it! If I have any future problems with my garage door, I'll certainly use their company again!
