I had All Around Roofing out four times for this roof leaking in the same spot, but the leak remained. After All Around Roofing did not return my calls, I was forced to have other roofing companies look at the roof for the leak. Both companies said the roof had been installed incorrectly, with both ridge and box vents installed that were causing the leak. I paid another company $1350.00 to fix the inferior work, and it has not leaked since. Obviously, I would not recommend this company.

Our insurance company (USAA) mentioned that Possert was their local contractor-of-choice, so I contacted them. Things couldn't have been much simpler. The Possert guy came by my house, evaluated the needed repairs, and sent me a repair estimate. It wasn't all that hateful (especially since it would be covered by my home-owner's insurance). I told Possert "go ahead & do the repairs", and the magic happened. They repaired my home's roof, and also replaced the crunched gutters/soffets. All the while, there was EXCELLENT communication. Everything looks so good! We chose the same shingles for the house that we had put on the carriage house/garage, and although it's hard to see up top, they do look amazing. And the drainage around the house is SO MUCH BETTER. At the time the crew was out, we were having other repairs inside the house, and everyone did the trades shuffle with grace and humor. You haven't seen a crew work like these guys did until you realize they roofed a 7,200 sq ft historic house in just 3 days--including the flat roof rebuilds. So much attention and care was paid to the fabric of the home, and each flat roof got its own plan and treatment. I turns out it was a job much smaller than I had anticipated - and because of his honest appraisal, I was able to cancel the claim with our insurance agency and pay him less than the deductible. Too many times contractors will "pad" the estimate to make sure it's worthy of an insurance claim - not Terry. Very responsive to our calls and straightforward with estimates and appraisals.
