At 10 a.m., I clearly explained the tint I wanted. Instead, the worker made the decision to install a different tint--something I never asked for--without my consent. When I refused it, the worker became aggressive. My son, who had taken the car in for me, was treated terribly--so rudely, in fact, that he was nearly physically threatened. The car was left soaking wet, and it felt completely deliberate. Even after all this, they took almost five hours, and the service was still horrendous. When I tried to speak to the owner, he wasn't even willing to listen, and his partner outright insulted me, hurling vile language I won't re-peat, even though I remained calm and respectful. I paid a significant amount, and I have the receipt, but none of my requests were met. This is truly the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I will never return, and I strongly advise anyone else to stay far, far away from this place. Absolutely awful. Do not waste your time or money here.

I called around trying to find a place that could repair it so we could continue our road trip, and settled on this place. Jason was very understanding and did his best to come up with the fastest solution, which still ended up taking a week due to the part they needed. That news was very dismaying, and I thought maybe we could just take the busted trailer home and get it repaired there. Jason then went above and beyond, calling around for places we could rent something to carry our busted trailer home instead of waiting around in Albany. Being such a small town, nothing was available. We finally decided to suck it up and let them fix it here. He then began calling around for places to stay that allowed dogs. Such a nice fellow! Very attentive despite his hectic work schedule and people constantly demanding his attention. When we finally got the trailer back a week later, it was good as new! Great work. Kudos also goes to Nick, who dealt with me bugging on the phone about getting the thing fixed sooner and complaining that it was taking too long. He remained patient and calm, despite my obvious frustration. Also to their trailer repair guy (Todd??
