Not only did one of their idiotic mechanics left the engine o open from the bottom leaving a massive spill on engine parts. I had to come back after my car was smoking white not once not twice but 3 times to get this problem resolved. The amount of damage these people did to my car engine parts cost so much money. Within a week my alternator failed. They didn't even try to reimburse. Me the labor I did from a third part mechanic. I had to call the better business burial and they somehow swindle their way out of that trying to say we agreed on a free oil change and that's it??!! Bro you guys did at minimum $700+ plus damage to my engine a bunch of problems started happening to my Mercedes and now it sits in my parkway for months with some sort of issue and it all started here. The amount of unfairness I had to deal with because these people was unprecedented but life is never fair right. Lesson learned this company is scrum

I've worked on cars since I was a teenager, but I don't have a place anymore to do so. If they weren't honest, I'd know it. They've never tried to upsell me on anything. They've never been and will never be the "replace your blinker fluid" type of shop. True honest guys that I fully trust. They DO, however, add a 3% fee for using your credit card, so bring cash! First time my car was in, the AC got fixed and it still works perfectly over a year later. Second time, the brakes needed to be done. They replaced the pads, rotors, and calipers - all of which I knew were the problem. The left caliper was sticking (I suspected so,) causing the bulk of my bill. That wasn't an upsell, it was necessary. I also need to get a wheel bearing replaced, but because it's another $400+ job, that will have to wait. Instead of pushing me into it, they warned of the risk, and said it isn't loose, so I do have some time as long as I stick to local driving. That was a relief to have the option to accumulate some money again. I have called around and compared prices, and they are even, if not cheaper than competitors. Fear not! You are not being price gouged!

While I was standing there to witness it, he dropped my truck off the lift because he hadn't set it on the lift properly. The truck crashed down a good six inches and made an extremely unsettling sound. He said it was nothing and I took him at his word. I picked my vehicle up the next day ($360 for a starter) only to realize My truck was making a rattling sound when placed in gear. When I confronted John about the problem his exact words were (Don't even Fuc!ing go there). I honestly couldn't believe this was the same man I had dealt with in the past and had given literally thousands of dollars to. I had a different mechanic repair what he had broken and will bring the case to court. First time for me but I refuse to simply let this go. Take responsibility for your mistakes.
