Great Customer Service!! Best place to come for timely repair service. Turns out my low tire pressure was a foreign object stuck between the grooves. Tire was fixed quickly. I have used Midas several times since moving down to Florida. I was concerned about finding an honest service station but my concerns were groundless. The best bunch of people ever working on my car. Bought new tires from the store took way to long to get installed and then I find that the tech replaced the Chrome Lugnuts with some crap off the shelf so it's mixed matched on all of the tires. I don't know if he pocketed the things or not and then it also looks like they didn't even put a new valve stems on. They used the old ones, think these guys are a joke and a bunch of rip off artist. My car wouldn't start one morning so after work I had to have it jumped and drove it over here. They were able to get to work on it right away and noticed pretty quick that my battery was still holding a charge but the power cells were shot so it needed to be replaced. Honestly, I would have given this place 5 stars until it came time to leave and the guy behind the counter went on a long rant about how COVID is all fake and after the election this whole thing will just go away. On top of that, there was no one wearing any kind of masks (even when speaking with the customers). I know that many people think that this is silly, but we have all been going through this COVID BS for the better part of a year at this point. So, if you aren't worried about the virus, this place is a fine place to go for car repairs. read more

This review comes late but wanted to share a good review about my experience. Was having trouble with my car battery for my 2014 Mazda 3 and stopped by Midas Auto for a new one on 8-1-17. There was a gentleman at the front desk who addressed me immediately I explained to him my issue. He quoted me a price I couldnt really afford so he recommended a more cost effective supplier: Walmart. I went to Walmart and to no suprise I received horrible customer service- Or the absence thereof. No one acknowledged my presence and I pretty much got ignored when I tried to ask a question. So I left went back to Midas. "You're back!" The Midas employee said with a half chuckle. I told him about my bad luck and he discounted the battery for me. Repair was quick and I could kick myself for forgetting his name -but Midas actually cares about their customers and I would highly recommend them and Walmart... well, that's another review. read more

I can always rely on midas to take good care of our vehicles honestly. We have been taking our vehicles to them for oil changes and general repairs for six years now. We've had other quotes from time to time, but felt like we were getting killed. Always ended up calling midas and they fixed everything honestly and affordably. read more

I was told by another mechanic that I needed a new air compressor for $1400. It turns out it was fixed with a simple change in the ac and everything was fine. Didn't cost me a dime. These guys are honest and I highly recommend. read more

I've been going to this Midas since April. I have trust issues when it comes to auto shops and this location is the only one I trust to bring my car too. Jay and Joey are always pleasant to be around and I only go when I know they'll be there that day. I love going there because of them two. They know how to talk to the customers and how to keep them coming. I've spent probably 3k of repairs on my car and I'm glad I spent them here over any other place else. Their diagnostics are thorough and accurate. I wouldn't go to any other place. :) I love how awesome those two are as well as Christian and Carlos. They work really hard. Especially Christian, he had to stay one day an hour after closing just to finish my car up. He's awesome too. While visiting my daughter in Brandon my check engine light came on and my car had stalled out a couple of times. I brought my car to midas because I always use the midas by me in Columbus, OH. I needed a new selonoid and timings. Robert and Jay were great. they explained everything and were able to get me in pretty quickly. Christian came out when he was done and explained a few more things about what he did and why. They were all great. I drove back to Ohio with out a problem. I still think midas is unworthy of anyones business. I posted my review in October. Their customers services did not respond to my post until December. Midas customer service private message me requesting my number to discuss my concerns. It has been 2 weeks since I provided my contact number to midas and I have not received a phone call. So I had a challenging issue with my 2013 F150 exhaust and made a call to Brandon Midas. Upon answering the phone I was told they thought they could help but would need to see the truck. I pulled up and they immediately pulled my truck in on the lift. The challenge was the high performance muffler and it was so loud. They made some calls and found a muffler that they thought would work. I agreed and they went to pick it up immediately. Upon returning they discovered another challenge but also came up with an answer. I have to say these guys are old school and I love it! They put their heads together and modified the muffler to not only work but looks factory built! It is now exactly what I want and am so impressed with all of them! Bravo! I've been to Midas twice now- once to pull a nail from my tire and change the oil and I came back again to get my alignment checked. I trust them with my car. They are respectful, hardworking, and provide excellent service. I'm always skeptical that car places will try to "get over" on me with prices, but after doing my own homework, I believe they charge fair prices. They even provide a military discount. I highly recommend Midas of Brandon for all your motor vehicle needs! read more

I got stranded far from home today. The good folks at Midas took me in right away and were able to do all the repairs before closing time! The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. The price was completely reasonable. Kudos to Anthony and Terry for doing a fantastic job on my vehicle. If any managers are reading this, give these gentlemen a well deserved raise. They even brought the vehicle to my work place! As I drive back to Spring Hill to be with my family, I'm grateful to Midas and it's amazing staff! read more

I did not have a good experience at this particular Midas. Although they were professional, there were many young guys working at this venue. It looks like they did not have too much experience. I came in to have my breaks checked. I had been to several different companies prior to Midas and I thought I was getting a better deal and offer at this place. Boy was i wrong! Needless to say, I spend over $700 at this place, and had to return 3 times to have my breaks checked again in a 5 month period. They did not fix my breaks, each time I went, I got in my car and my breaks would sound or screetch again. I ended up paying $100.00 for these needless parts and once I got in my car, the break screetching sound was not gone! I ended up going to a different Midas located, where they re-did all of what the Brandon Midas had done, It's been a week so far and my breaks are great! Needless to say, the Brandon Location lacks experience, and they are not good at pinpointing what is wrong with your car. I will never go there again. read more

Would not recommend, went there with my 2002 mustang and just had a crack before my muffler that I already knew about, and they tried to make me pay $1,500 for it. Got it fixed at Rainbow mufflers for $80. They tried to rip me off, would never go to a Midas again because of this bad experience. They didn't seem to know what they were talking about.
