Highly recommend! - Told Dustin I just needed a simple conventional oil change. He was straight forward and didn't insist on up selling me on anything else. A side note, they are full service so you can get more for your vehicle than just an oil change here. - I actually paid the advertised price for the conventional oil change. No bait and switch like so many places across industries are doing these days. (I'm looking at you, MyEyelab). - He got me out of there quickly because that's what I wanted, but a customer before me asked more details and about other services and Dustin was able to answer and explain in a polite and knowledgeable way. - He told me it would take an hour because other people were in front of me, but it ended up taking only about 40 minutes. - Waiting area was clean and comfortable and not that it matters to me, but even their work area looked clean. read more

Sat in waiting area and watched them aggressively upsell every customer that walked in the door. They roped me into an AC Evac & Recharge to ultimately diagnose a failed ac compressor. Talked to multiple service technicians and confirmed that a failed compress should have diagnosed prior to the completion of an evac & recharge. Russell runs a great shop. I could not recommend Midas Cumming more highly for brakes, oil changes, other maintenance, tires, etc. It is hard to find businesses that operate with integrity anymore. I will always take my car to Midas Cumming. read more

Warning: You may be lied to and not get what you pay for! My scheduled appointment for this morning started off fine and has ended on an incredibly sour note. This location had a special promotional coupon for a road trip which included an oil change and tire rotation. I was only one of two people waiting so they were moving along quite quickly, which seemed great. The service agent working the desk came in trying to upsell me on an engine filter, new rear rotors and brake pads, and windshield wipers. Really? I declined and said I would price check around for the brake pads because they weren't in bad shape and he knew it, and I certainly don't need new rotors. A few minutes later they bring my car around and I go to cash out. I specifically asked to make sure they rotated my tires and I was told "yes they did". I got less than a mile down the road and checked the car monitor for the tire pressure psi, knowing I had two specific tires with just a touch less than the other two, only to discover they never rotated the tires. Those two tires were in the exact same place as when I drove in. I pulled over to look at them, my tires were dusty going in, and there wasn't a single finger print on them anywhere. Those tires were never touched much less rotated. I called to notify them of my discovery and was told I could bring it back in and they would rotate them. I declined, because how could I ever trust them after this blatant misleading lack of service. Now I'm concerned about what they did for the oil change because the oil life percentage never came back in my car like it usually does when I get an oil change. Store manager, Russell, you should take some serious time to retrain your staff. They're lying and charging people for services that are not being rendered. Don't offer a promotion if your staff isn't going to fully execute all points of service. read more

dropped my truck off said they could work it in they would call me when done. 7 PM rolls around no call or nothing have my dad drive me there to find my truck with over 5,000$ of tools in it unlocked In the parking lot with the new oil change tag in it so they got it done and never called me or left a voice mail will not be going back. Now I have to drive back again next day to get my keys. I would go somewhere else. read more

I will never go to mitis again I finally found a mechanic that I could trust just to find out that they had broken my oil pan cover and decided to use the end of a spark plug rivet to create a hole to plug it back while doing so never informed me of it breaking or asking me if I would've like to have it replaced I drove on it not understanding what had happened until he found my current mechanic whom I had to find three different parts before he could find a part to replace the damage that they had done to my car read more

First time visiting this location was an absolute fantastic experience from the level of service and professionalism. This is obviously not a fly-by-night company because they will take you to your vehicle and show you your brake pads and discuss the entire job with you. They price match my oil change against Pep Boys and provided me with a higher quality oil. Excellent operation with well-informed people an excellent customer service. Got my new catalytic converter FINALLY installed today, the technician had a difficult time getting it installed, but tried to send me down the road without the heat shield and wasn't planning on saying anything about it. When he was told it needed to be put back on, HE was the one who acted upset, I get it, it sucked you're tired, you tried, but that's no reason to risk a potential fire hazard and at worse case scenario an accident or cost someone their life, communicate and see what other solutions are available. However, the facility was clean, price was decent, and staff overall friendly. Just make sure you either bring someone with who has knowledge or have the knowledge yourself. JIC. read more

Went in on Friday for a routine oil change. Have been bringing 3 cars there for a year now. Everything went smooth. Woke up Saturday to find a puddle of oil in the garage. Took it back at opening and the team brought it right back in. After discovering an issue with the oil plug gasket, the manager decided to call a VM dealer and buy another one. He also drove me home while the repairs we're being completed. Job done, I picked up the car and all was repaired with no additional charge. Kudos to the customer service at this location. They will certainly keep the business of my 3 (soon to be 4) family cars!!! read more

I have previously been bringing my cars to this shop, and after today that will likely not happen again. I had a new person take my service request this morning, and the price for the oil change was $70 more than 9 months ago ($63 to $135). The excuse I was given was that the oil was more expensive now. Coincidentally when i dropped my car off, the advisor stated that the oil last used in my car put in by their shop would actually prevent the car from running. Amazing how 0W40 and 5w 40 are so different that the car would actualy not run. read more

I had a a/c blower motor out. They charge me $321 for a new blower motor and a new blower motor from Ford Dealership is only $230. Definitely a rip off. Will never go back here. They fluff the parts prices. read more

I have been going to this location for over 2 years and had no problems until a couple months ago. Ever since Dustin left the place has gone down hill. The first problem I had was, I was leaking oil and was first told a price of about $275 to get it fixed. Then 3 months later I was told it would be over $500. In between those two quotes the staff had changed. I went and got the repair at another shop at it cost me around the $275 quote I had originally gotten with the old management. When i asked why the increase the staff member talked in circles and told me that they must have put a random amount into the part cost and they didn't know why I would be charged that low. The second thing, I took my car in July to another shop for an alignment and they found that I was missing a bolt. This comes from having work done back in February 2021 at Midas and a bolt not being put back correctly or not tight enough. I had to get over $600 worth of extra work done by the new shop before they would even give me an alignment. I went to Midas and told them what happened with paperwork and photos of the bolt missing and that they had to reach out to a district manager. I followed up two weeks later and was told that he had been in meetings and didn't have a chance to figure out anything yet. It has been over a month now and still no call back and every time I call to speak to the manager handling this problem he is never available and I have yet to receive a call back. They have not only tried to charge me more for a repair but they also do not want to take responsibility for something happening to my car because of something they did. I understand things happen and people make mistakes but I am just wanting some responsibility for it and to not have to pay an extra $600 when I shouldn't have to. read more
