The assistant manager is the one who greeted me outside and at first it was all pleasant tells me that's probably what it is but they need to do the diagnostic test to make sure...ok fine...comes to me with an estimate over $1000 for a blower motor AM says well if you do it today I'll take off the diagnostic and a half hour of labor Ok cool brings it down to like 886 so i said go ahead I asked him for a copy of the new estimate and there was an attitude...he said because i was using the financing he couldn't take off that stuff now because corporate wouldn't allow him. Told him well then i wouldn't have agreed to to the service so magically it changed again...went home and shortly after they called me saying the car was ready...show back up and i look over at the screen and my name is on there and a total of $1197 and I'm like "what's that" and there's just another guy there who had to get the AM he comes in and I'm like "what's that" and I'm like well that's a far ways off from the total you gave me before and he again started giving me a song and dance about corporate and the financing and that they pulled the wrong part for something...well sorry that's not my problem and i can understand a difference in an estimate 10-20$ even maybe $50 but $300? No sorry...you tried to swindle the wrong one today sir...and after i called him on it the attitude i got was absurd i could never act like that at work because i wouldn't have a job after that and frankly neither should he. He's a swindler a liar and not only am i going to tell EVERYONE i know but there will be more posts and phone calls made to see what can be done about this and i will not be returning...i really tried to give them another chance after the last issue i had with them...

She got assistance both times, however the tire continued to go flat. My mom is in her late 60's and living in another state so its not comforting to know she was stuck on the side of the hwy. She returned to Jiffy only to be told she had to pay for another installation plus a "hazard warranty" for another tire. I spoke with the rude manager on the ph who immediately got defensive and accused me of over talking him. Im only trying to get understanding as to this additional charge, only to be told "HE DOESN'T MAKE THE RULES". I was never rude or did I raise my voice. He also didn't seem to take accountability for the faulty tire claiming he saw nothing wrong with the first tire. Funny as my mother would rather do other things, on a Saturday, than sit in a smelly tire shop lying about a flat tire. If the tire was good why did it continue to go flat. Customer service has gone to piss these days. So its my understanding they're ok with selling a bad tire, so when you come in to fix it they'll collect additional monies from you and blame it on THE RULES. This is a scam!!! Develop customer service skills and stop scamming women and Seniors. There should've been an easy replacement of the tire at NO additional charge and send my sweet mom on her way. Today they'll gauge you for every nickel and dime especially if your dime is from a fixed income. Be aware!!!

Drove in to bay, told the woman what I wanted and sat in waiting area for no more than 10 minutes. Can you believe it a business that actually lives up to it's name. A little expensive but only the best for a new car at this point. So didnt really matter. Drive away and i hear something fall hit the underbelly of the car. Looked under the car and everything looked fine. Come to find out it wasnt fine. The engine belly pan that covers the engine bay wasnt put on right and the thing that hit the bottom of the car was one of the clips that wasnt placed back on properly after the oil change. I ended up driving the car on the highway and the underbelly pan started to drag. Parts that were still being held in place was sheered off ending up damaging other splash guards as well. I wouldnt be annoyed, but this is a new car i just got and because someone neglected to put the clips in properly resulting in further damage. Will never come back here again.

I backed up and told the guy something was seriously wrong, but he brushed it off, saying they just changed the oil. So I drove around the building, and my car was sputtering like crazy. My boyfriend and I had to drain the oil they overfilled. When we tried to start the car, it made a terrible sound, so we had it towed to a mechanic. Turns out, THEY DRAINED MY TRANSMISSION FLUID!!!! If I had driven it any further or any faster than I did, my perfect car would've been totaled! It's been two weeks, and I've called several times, but I still haven't heard back from the "local manager" to get my money back. The manager Jarrett flashed me a warm smile as he walked up/greeted me/intro'd self and guided me to the bay. The team members Desz and her new trainee, as well as Brandon all smiled/said hello. When does that happen these days? RARELY! I appreciated the explanations without pressure, the offer for additional services, the speed that the oil change etc was done and the overall feeling that this experience left me with. Watched them drive it out of the bay Went to front. "Oh. The alignment hasn't been done. The tire techs can't report on the alignment, so it just shows done when the tires have been put back on."
