Once there the employees were very receptive and empathic to our problem. They ran a couple tests and while the tests came back with bad news, they still helped us out by knocking a couple bucks off the total cost. Not only that but with more shows to play and the fact we couldn't take the van any further, firestone allowed us to keep our broken down van on their lot for a few days while we figured out a solution to our problem.
