    Took my car in for an exhaust issue. They had it in the bay about 15 minutes after I arrived and I had a repair estimate 10 minutes later. Very reasonable and done in just over an hour. The manager pointed out an oil leak to be aware of but no upselling. All very professional. I noticed the same level of service for others in the waiting room.

    Fast service... Took my car in to get a nail out of my tire, Very good and fast job.. The guys who work there are really nice.

We are too large for their facilities. We found On the Run via a google search. From the first phone call, they were polite, helpful, offered a complete written proposal for the work, and made a prompt mutually acceptable appointment. I was so pleased with the pre-oil change service that I offered to meet Joseph for a BBQ lunch at a local terrific place. We met, chatted over lunch, and he went to work. The work was as neat and clean as the pre-work process. The bill was, to the penny, exactly as the estimate. The overall price was far below the verbal estimate from the dealer who mysteriously declined to do the work when I came for the appointment. Fast, polite, clean, neat, and complete. Thank you

When it's right, the same. But in the case of this Firestone in Greenacres, it's beyond right. IT IS EXCEPTIONAL!!! There are several tire and brake facilities in the area and I tend to go where the sales are. Unfortunately, there is sometimes compromise for savings. It comes at the expense of customer service and satisfaction. I have been going to this Firestone location for years, but it's my last 2 experiences that are motivation for this review About a year ago, my wife's Subaru forester right side tires were losing pressure. I took it to a place down the street and they said all set. 1 day later the tires were low. I brought it back to that kingdom of tires and they said they could not find anything wrong with them I then brought it to Firestonecwith the same complaint. The technicians ran a multitude of checks but could not find the problem. Most places just shrug their shoulders and send you off. But at Firestone, the manager was overseeing the issue and would not let me leave. He personally rolled down his sleeves and got involved. Within a few minutes he found an unobvious issue with the valve stems. 39 minutes later the tires were fixed and we have not had an issue since. I cannot stress how important it is to have trust in your vehicle's operation, and after the Firestone repair worrying about if we were going to get a flat was gone! 2 days ago my car would not start. I jumped it and thought the problem was solved. The next day the same thing happened so I brought it to Firestone where I had bought the battery. There I met a young man at the front desk, Jonathon. As young as he may have been, he was extremely knowledgeable about the issue and diagnosed the battery as bad. What made this person stand out was his incredible demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction. I am 63 years and don't think I have ever met someone this nice and effective in this business. He was a pleasure to work and is an asset to this business. So any way, he ordered me a new battery for the next day (today). When I got up, my car was completely dead. I had to jump start it and drive it over to Firestone. Before they installed the battery, they ran an alternator/battery/starter diagnostic. For some reason the battery passed. This was a problem because technically they can't warranty the battery with a positive diagnostic. I was concerned because the car was having an obvious issue and tested negative the day before. This was going to be one of those deal with it until it fails again type of situations. Well, the manager got involved and authorized the replacement. He knew this was going to be an ongoing issue, and since the battery had failed felt confident this was the correct solution. Once again, I walked out of there with the confidence my car was going to work the next day and beyond So it's not just the manager here. It's all of his staff. This is a well run business that has earned my trust and patronage. I am no longer going to service my car just on coupons and deals. I am brining both my cars to Firestone. They have competitive prices and weekly specials. I see no other reason to go elsewhere. I hope everyone gives this place a try. I am sure you will not be displeased
