I recently started bringing my own car here after my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Mike ran a diagnostic test (normally $100) and didn't charge me a thing. He then explained what was going on and gave me a very reasonable labor rate to fix all the issues. He even installed my windshield wipers I bought from Costco for me free of charge! When I received the truck back I took it for a test ride on I95 when I reached about 60mph I was getting a very bad vibration in the steering wheel which I not had prior to having any work done on the vehicle palm beach tire pros did the alignment and rotated the tires so C J sent me back to tire pros where the seem very knowledgeable but they wanted to do a special balancing process at$75 per wheel and also for me to consider new tires the tires I have are about one year old with maybe 10,000 miles on them and they are a high end tire I was under the impression that C J did the tire rotation so I had a long conversation with Jose an I told him to rotate the tires the way I thought it should be done and also told him to do the tire balancing just in case and make sure all the tires had the proper inflation so they told me it would cost $160 and I agreed . After the work was performed I took it for a test run now the truck ran smooth as ice remember I thought C Js did the tire rotation so I paid them. When I found out that tire pros did the rotation just2 days prior I called them and questioned why the charged me when I already paid for the work through C Js when they created the vibration by rotating the tires in a improper sequence and I thought that the should refund my money or at least credit me something and that's when their true colors came out, they refused to do anything in good faith and became somewhat rude about the hole situation. For $160 they lost any of my future business.so please beware of their nice clean shop or there pleasant demeanor Sincerely, Joe an unhappy customer

I took my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Chad & Dad LLC after I was involved in an accident last year…read more They had my vehicle for almost 3 months, did a terrible job and absolutely ripped me off. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed that the front bumper looked warped at the bottom. Chad told me it came like that but I could bring it back and they would try to fix it by heating it up and reforming it. Since I was without my vehicle for so long, I just took the Jeep and told him I'd bring it back at my convenience. After a few months, the front end started to literally come apart. Nothing fit right and the entire front of the vehicle looked deformed. I then took it to two different auto body shops who gave me the same diagnosis. Instead of replacing all the damaged parts as per the Estimate, Chad & Dad glued, welded, and reformed $4,000 worth of parts and pocketed the money without ever telling me. I took the Estimate back to Chad showing him the $4K worth of parts that Napleton's Auto Body and Prestige Auto Body highlighted and said were never replaced. Chad admitted he did this to save him money and told me that he would not replace the parts but would try to fix the issues. I told him it made no sense to bring my Jeep back to him so he could do the same thing he already did (repair parts that I paid to have replaced). Gluing, welding, and screwing parts together resulted in the front end coming apart again. Nothing fits correctly and this has greatly diminished the value of my vehicle. Don't trust these guys, they talk a good game but they are thieves and they don't stand behind their work.

I've had anything from…read morea simple llight not plugged in properly, to a misalignment of parts, to electrical issues and yesterday the tire guard halfway fell off while driving because IT WASN'T ATTACHED PROPERLY. So, the guard stays on for years and years, they fix a wrecked area and the guard falls off within months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't recommend them, sadly. They did a terrible job and the paint used was NOT BMW quality. I've had to pay more to take it other places to get it fixed properly. Total rip and sadly the guy is nice, but his mechanics have no clue what they are doing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't recommend. Considering suing in small claims court.
