When I was able to exit the tollway & pull over to a safe side street, I looked at the under carriage & found that the metal skid plate that covers & protects the underside of the engine, had come loose & was dragging & scraping the pavement. Knowing that issue creates dangerous sparks & other problems I decided to call AAA. Lucky for me, the tow truck driver suggested Charlie Car Care, and took me & my SUV there. The staff took my car immediately, reattached the skid plate with new bolts, and had me out of there in under an hour! Their price was very reasonable! I expected to pay 3-4x more, so was super pleased when they told me the price. The waiting area is nice & comfortable too. In addition to all that, the staff is super friendly. Madeline and Moises are excellent at customer service. Just like the other reviewers say...they are really professional & very friendly. All the staff members deserve 5 stars! If I lived 40 miles closer, I would definitely go back again. I HIGHLY recommend this business anyone that needs help with their vehicles.

Over the years, I'd come to know the guys at the counter well and they had built up some trust with me. For this recent service, I had obtained a quote from a local dealership of $460. I typically would go to Bunge's to avoid paying "dealer" prices. When I told the man at the counter the dealership price, he said that he'd match that price. In the end, the total cost of the service came in at $451 (just below the dealership cost). I'm thrilled that they matched the dealer price and I was able to support a local independent business. They even gave me a ride home after I dropped off my car.
