I paid $40.00 for their ultimate wash plus $10.00 for a tip. I was a bit disappointed after paying $50.00 that it wasn't better.

If you're choosing any option other than the drive through, you'll take your receipt inside, watch the cars going through (spray them if you really want to), grab a snack, and pay at the register. They'll park your car right outside the front door so you can see when it's ready. Yes, you can absolutely find a cheaper car wash, but it's not the same service. If you're looking for what you typically get at either a gas station or drive-thru, their drive through option is on par with the pricing. If you're looking for a vacuum out, polish, towel dry, and more, they also have you covered.

Fast forward to today, April 16, 2020. I decided to fill up my car and finally use the car wash. I paid for gas and my hubby went in to see if this code is active or to see if he needs a new code to use the car wash (I had already paid for in mid Feb). The lady who worked the register was annoyed because we interrupted her smoke break. She proceeds to tell hubby that the car wash ticket is only valid for one month. WHATTTTTT?? There was absolutely nothing stating this on the receipt. She could have honored this car wash, but chose to be rude about it. It's not the amount that matters, but the principle behind this interaction. I will not buy any gas or car washes from this poorly run Circle K gas station ever again. When a company is entrusted with someone's vehicle and a cross-country delivery, customers should not have to make 20+ phone calls just to find out why their car hasn't moved for days. At this point, our vehicle is significantly delayed, still in Washington, and we have not been provided with a clear plan or reliable delivery date.
