Very delightful personality, organized and professional. Never misses a BEAT! My "Intake Tech" (Ms. Donna Rae), SHE is very through, kind and patient!!! She listens as you give her changes in your medicines, and updates it accurately. When an EKG is needed - it is swift, and methodical. Look forward to HER every time. Normally have seen Dr. Knopf, whom is a complete professional with a personable attitude... This time, had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Benoy Varghese - WOW! - really liked this guy. He explained all procedures and previous tests, listened and took immediate action about my concerns of this visit and cemented the TRUST between Doctor and Patient! Made from the same mold as Dr. Knopf. Dr. Varghese was very approachable and receptive. Needed bloodwork drawn, and "THE ANGEL SENT STRAIGHT FROM HEAVEN" running the Bloodwork Lab - (Ms. Pat) - ALWAYS DOES A GREAT JOB! How she gets the blood out without me realizing it is unparralleled. I wanted to send her flowers! All in all, this visit was just like ALL the other experience's I previously have had with this Medical Group - EXCELLENT!

She proceeded to tell her what it said so everyone in the waiting room heard and knew her business. I will rate the doctor and remaining staff when she goes back.

My husband, young 30 y/o, had developed new onset CHF symptoms within a very short time frame of…read moreprobably 3 months. After an urgent referral was made when we saw he had a severely reduced EF, we were able to see Dr. Daniel the next day (other cardiologist we wanted was on vacation). We waited probably 2 hours but we expected it as a new patient being worked in with one day notice. The nurse did not listen to anything I was trying to tell her. She kept her back to me. She took his vitals and "filled in the boxes" (as I call it) on his chart. Dr. Daniel was in the office a total of mayne five minutes to tell us treatment options included a life vest and pacemaker/defibrillator, and referral to Emory for a heart transplant. This was our first visit, our first time meeting him, and we had less than 24 hours processing the previous day's news. There was zero sympathy. He did no physical exam. He leaned against the cabinet as though this was daily news for a 30 year old. He saw what the chart and what the ECHO report stated but he did not "see" the patient. My husband has been a firefighter for 12 years and is very active and had been healthy all his life previously. Dr. Daniel offered no medications. He didnt do a heart catheterization to start ruling out why this happened. We felt like we were being pawned off like he didn't want to deal with it when he said go to Emory. We got a second opinion a week later. 7 months later with medications, close monitoring, blood tests, and PCP management, his EF is almost back to normal. No transplant needed. No life vest. No pacemaker. No unnecessary invasive procedures. Dr. Daniel...you should see my husband now.

She did not experience the typical symptoms a person has when having 4 clogged arteries in the heart but his thorough and attentive medical care led to their discovery. In addition, he is attentive when I call concerned about new symptoms that my mother is experiencing. As you can imagine, it is a very scary thing to learn that a loved one has heart disease. It is even scarier when you live 800 miles away from that loved one. Dr. Daniel is always willing to answer my questions and he is always willing to return my long-distance calls. I highly recommend him. A++
