I have never taken any of these classes but the instructors are so knowledgeable, observant, and patient. They made me feel comfortable every time I went to class. I have only been coming here a couple of months and I can already see an improvement in my game and an increase in my confidence. Augie also takes great pride in his establishment and provides the best equipment so we are always protected. Additionally, the other students are welcoming, knowledgeable, and are always willing to help you. Everyone is always looking out for each other and it truly feels that you belong to a family there. I came to a Wednesday 830 pm class, and i loved it. The instructor was quite helpful. I have never done any Muay Thai, and he helped me through each step. I felt like i got a good total body workout, and the time flew by. The parking lot is a little tricky to get to. If you have any problems, just call them and they will direct you where to park. Now i know how to throw some punches and kicks, and i cant wait to go back and get some more training!

Later to find out the reason for this was their strict adherence to cleaning guidelines. Sweeping / vacuuming / wiping down and sterilizing the mats multiply times a week. The environment was so good that I enrolled also. I never intended on doing so but the vibe is hard to explain. It just felt like there was a lot of good going on here. Fast forward 5 years and I can confirm that now. The training environment is top notch. When I first started I was NOT in shape, I would fumble with exercises and botch maneuvers. The instructors and students alike never once lost their patience, gave me looks or made snide remarks. As a matter of fact it was the exact opposite. They took the time and had the patience to walk me through it. They welcomed me to the Family. The instruction is amazing. It is clearly demonstrated and time is taken to explain why things are done. Questions are encouraged and directly answered. They strengthen not only your body but also your mind. They get you to want to feel the burn of an exercise and to push through it. It is an amazing feeling when you think to yourself how the hell am I going to do that, and then 5 minutes later you look back and say that wasn't so bad. I guess the biggest endorsement I could give is this: When I first enrolled I would look down the line to my left at the advanced students and scream to my self "There is no way I am ever going to be able to do that" through the instruction of Ed, Al, Josh, Dirty, Gio and Brian I am now looking to the right down the line helping the beginner climb up the mountain. Lol…read more It can be hard to follow the combos sometimes because the instructors move quick, but you can do it at your own pace. If there's a routine you can't do, you can do something similar such as squats instead of jump squats, etc. The new owner Luis is very friendly and welcoming! My fave classes are with trainers Jonathan and Brandie. I actually went to Brandie's class tonight - her playlist is on point!! I love how she always ends her classes with Linkin Park's "one more light" for the cooldown. She kicked my butt tonight - in a good way!
