I own a 2003 Dodge Dakota which was showing an intermittent airbag light coming on. I personally…read moreput in a large number of hours trying to fix the issue myself. I then took it to 3- services shops and none could fix the issue. I have been dealing w/ this problem for almost a year. When I took it to the different shops; one being a Chrysler/Dodge dealer, I was getting different stories as to what was wrong. The third service shop I took it to who could not fix or diagnose the issue, stated that I should try Jamie's Auto Repair-South. I met w/ Jamie and told him my problem and everything I have been through. He said I'll take a shot at the issue and let me know. His initial diagnosis was a bad clock spring which I already had replaced by the first service shop I went to. When Jamie tried a new clock spring from a Dodge Dealer it did not fix the problem. At this point he did not give up!! He continued on the hunt for the problem and finally determined the issue was w/ the Airbag Control Module(ACM). The module had a short inside and was the cause of the intermittent problem. Jamie then took it upon himself to find me a used ACM and installed it and the problem seems to have gone away. Now I get no error codes or Airbag light. Jamie is confident that the problem is solved and I am too. Time will tell the story. So what can I say? Well, I was close to getting rid of the truck b/c of this problem; but Jamie showed skill, tenacity, and true customer concern for my satisfaction. So the moral of the story is the other shops did not want to deal with my problem, but Jamie did and I truly appreciate his efforts. I highly recommend his shop for repairs especially tough head-scratchers which no one else can do or want to do!! Great job Jamie and your crew!!!

Came here for an oil change…read morerecently and was hoping to talk about/schedule a future appointment for a big job I have, could be a big job but easy enough for them. They were just like all the other shops in essentially being set on thinking the actuator needs replacing when I clearly said I ONLY wanted to bleed the brakes first to see if that worked and if not we would talk about replacing the actuator or other fixes that have helped other folks with the same issue. Guy really didn't try that hard to help, said because they don't have the scanner tool needed, I have to go to Toyota. Dude, the scanner is available on Amazon for $150ish. I have it. I hit up some local mechanics that were more than happy to do the job. My other issues is how you used NO protective covers when getting in my car. I had to wipe everything down and it STUNK until I gave it a full clean. Not professional. Also, right after my appointment, all of a sudden, I have a few spam emails, so they also sell your information as well. Guys. Be more noble. Y'all lost a big customer at that oil change. I had 2 other cars from my house that y'all could have been the main dudes for. Not now! I need someone who wants to work, does it well, and owns their work. Not tell the customer to go to the dealership for every little thing over what? Liability? Guess y'all have a lot of issues with that then if your selling information off. Take care y'all.

After spending over $1200 and two trips to different auto shops, the problem still wasnt fixed. I then went to Cole's praying I wouldnt have to put out unneccesary money and walk out with the same problem on my hands for a third time- well.. third times a charm! Cole's over exceeded my expectations and is now my familys number one go-to auto shop. From the moment I walked in the door until picking my truck when it was finished, I was kept in contact with and up to date on the progress. I was only charged $500 for the entire repair! Not only was it affordable, the customer service and quality of work spoke for itself. Prior to starting the work on my Expedition Mr. Cole contacted me with an estimate and fully explained what the problem was in terms I could actually undersand. He also went over with me where the numbers came from with parts and labor needed to fix the emmision problem. They let me know that they sold keys but if the ones I had were similar they could program them. The ones I had turned out to be the exact same ones they carrier. I was referred to this place…read moreby my companies Fleet Manager so I called before towing my car over to them and they told me that the soonest appointment they had was 6 days from the day I was calling - totally fine. I called at the end of the day on the day they said I had an appointment and they said they didn't have time to look at it that day but would look at it in the morning. Annoying but ok. I called towards the end of the next day and they told me that they were busy and couldn't look at it. When I explained that they had said I had an appointment he gave me an attitude and said well you can just tow it back off if you don't like it and honestly with the way this conversation is going I would prefer that. I tried to deescalate the situation and then hung up and my father called to check in assuming that it was because I was a woman they were pushing me around and when my dad said he didn't appreciate the way he talked to me he said I am going to push the car off my lot and you can just deal with it. Then we received word that if we did not get the car from where he pushed it too by 8pm they would tow it themselves. Absolutely ridiculous that instead of taking accountability for the fact that they were pushing us around they resorted to such extreme measures. NEVER bring your car here if you plan on having it looked at in any type of timely fashion.
