Came here for an oil change…read morerecently and was hoping to talk about/schedule a future appointment for a big job I have, could be a big job but easy enough for them. They were just like all the other shops in essentially being set on thinking the actuator needs replacing when I clearly said I ONLY wanted to bleed the brakes first to see if that worked and if not we would talk about replacing the actuator or other fixes that have helped other folks with the same issue. Guy really didn't try that hard to help, said because they don't have the scanner tool needed, I have to go to Toyota. Dude, the scanner is available on Amazon for $150ish. I have it. I hit up some local mechanics that were more than happy to do the job. My other issues is how you used NO protective covers when getting in my car. I had to wipe everything down and it STUNK until I gave it a full clean. Not professional. Also, right after my appointment, all of a sudden, I have a few spam emails, so they also sell your information as well. Guys. Be more noble. Y'all lost a big customer at that oil change. I had 2 other cars from my house that y'all could have been the main dudes for. Not now! I need someone who wants to work, does it well, and owns their work. Not tell the customer to go to the dealership for every little thing over what? Liability? Guess y'all have a lot of issues with that then if your selling information off. Take care y'all.

Before bringing my 2001 Ford Expedition into Cole's I went to two other automotive shops due to…read morefailed emmisions. After spending over $1200 and two trips to different auto shops, the problem still wasnt fixed. I then went to Cole's praying I wouldnt have to put out unneccesary money and walk out with the same problem on my hands for a third time- well.. third times a charm! Cole's over exceeded my expectations and is now my familys number one go-to auto shop. From the moment I walked in the door until picking my truck when it was finished, I was kept in contact with and up to date on the progress. I was only charged $500 for the entire repair! Not only was it affordable, the customer service and quality of work spoke for itself. Prior to starting the work on my Expedition Mr. Cole contacted me with an estimate and fully explained what the problem was in terms I could actually undersand. He also went over with me where the numbers came from with parts and labor needed to fix the emmision problem. I hope this will save someone the headache and hole in the pocket that I suffered before finding a shop with the quality of work Cole's has to offer- there is absolutely no comparison in the area.

They let me know that they sold keys but if the ones I had were similar they could program them. The ones I had turned out to be the exact same ones they carrier. They completed the job in less than 20 mins. They had many options of payment which was nice. My keys have been working great ever since. I would definitely recommend them.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic. I was referred to this place…read moreby my companies Fleet Manager so I called before towing my car over to them and they told me that the soonest appointment they had was 6 days from the day I was calling - totally fine. I called at the end of the day on the day they said I had an appointment and they said they didn't have time to look at it that day but would look at it in the morning. Annoying but ok. I called towards the end of the next day and they told me that they were busy and couldn't look at it. When I explained that they had said I had an appointment he gave me an attitude and said well you can just tow it back off if you don't like it and honestly with the way this conversation is going I would prefer that. I tried to deescalate the situation and then hung up and my father called to check in assuming that it was because I was a woman they were pushing me around and when my dad said he didn't appreciate the way he talked to me he said I am going to push the car off my lot and you can just deal with it. Then we received word that if we did not get the car from where he pushed it too by 8pm they would tow it themselves. Absolutely ridiculous that instead of taking accountability for the fact that they were pushing us around they resorted to such extreme measures. NEVER bring your car here if you plan on having it looked at in any type of timely fashion.
