When it comes to billing it is very unprofessionally handled. 3 months in a row COM charged me close to 300 when my two daughters fees were 70 a month. They charge you if you don't go to meets And they charge you a fundraiser fee of 125 dollars, if you do not wish to participate in their fund raisers. They also charge you if you do not volunteer at events. Their swim wear is very over priced and the swim shop carries for the most part only their COM embroidered merchandise, so the selection is very limited. You have to buy their 70 dollar embroidered suits to participate in the meets. When I went to buy the bathing suit so my daughter could participate, they only had her size in the suits that hadn't been sent to be embroidered. It took them 2 months to get the suit embroidered. And when we received the suit it looked like a train wreck. The embroidery place messed up and had to take the stitching out and redo it. I can not believe they gave me this suit in this condition after I wa 2 months and paid $70 dollars for it. (Picture below) Did not get compensated for the money I spent. I finally got sick of being taken advantage of financially and we cancelled the memberships.

The process for adopting an animal was a bit more involved than I would have thought BUT they want to make sure the pet and family are the right fit for each other. With our kitty, we had a 2-week trial period "just in case". Luckily we had NO issues during our trial and decided to go through with the actual adoption. The fee to adopt a cat is $110. This covered the cost of vaccines and the spay/neuter surgery. We LOVE our new family member! Highly recommend getting a pet from the MHC.
