The staff have been great letting us know what work needs to be done, how much it will cost, what they recommend going forward and so on. We had an issue that we just couldn't figure out for the longest time. They recommended we change out the water pump. We didn't do it right away and low and behold, the water pump blew. We actually had the car in three different shops trying to figure out what the noise was and although Rossi did not pinpoint the problem they did see the water pump was on it's last legs. That's more than the other two shops did. We towed the car to Rossi's for the repair work. I can't say they are the cheapest (you get what you pay for) but they seem knowledgeable and that's what you want in a mechanic right? It's a small garage, and we often have to wait a week or two for an appointment, so plan ahead if you can.
