The shopping center sees a lot of traffic from Oakland Park and the surrounding towns of Pompano Beach and Wilton Manors. It is also close to I-95. This shopping complex is massive with 38 businesses. The plaza is anchored by a Publix and I find it very strange that there is another Publix right across the street although this one was here first and the one across the street has a Starbucks inside. I have shopped at so many of the businesses in this plaza. I can pretty complete any errand here. Businesses I patronize include the Dollar Tree, Ross Dress for Less, Petco, PNC, Tijuana Flats, Dunkin's Donuts, Five Below, Party City, and Uptown Cheapskate. There is also a Quest Diagnostic, Dentistry, uBreakfix, Smoothie King, H&R Block, USA Nails Spa, and Youfit Health Club to name just a few of the other businesses. The parking can be a bit of cluster especially by the Publix. The wide range of businesses make up for it though. Unlike a lot of shopping plazas in the area, they rarely have an open space. From places to eat, shop, and have services done, you can't beat the Northridge Shopping Center.

It's almost always busy, which is a testament to the variety of popular businesses located here. The plaza is anchored by everyday essentials such as Publix, Walgreens, Dollar Tree, UPS Store, and several gas stations, making it a great one-stop destination for daily needs. Beyond that, there is an impressive variety of retail and service businesses, including AT&T, U-Haul, a pet store, Color Me Mine, a print shop, Amscot, an eye doctor, and more. There are also plenty of dining options available, including pizza, Japanese cuisine, Chinese food, ice cream, and cafés. The UPS Store is especially convenient for quick package drop-offs and returns, while Publix, Walgreens, and Dollar Tree cover most shopping needs. Dairy Queen and Ally's Café are great spots when you're craving a sweet treat. One thing I appreciate about this plaza is the diversity of businesses. Aside from that, Shenandoah Square is a well-rounded and convenient shopping center that serves a wide range of needs in one location.

The plaza is all outside so it is sad to see so many for lease signs. I enjoy shopping in this plaza because of the Total Wine location and the Kohls where I go to do my Amazon returns. Parking is never a problem unless you wish to park close to the doors where it is a little difficult from the employees who take many of those spaces. Getting in and out of this plaza is quite easy as there is a signal light off of University Drive and the other exits all have stop signs. There is a Tesla charging station in the furthest south part of the plaza which seems to be very popular.

Other businesses include The Learning Tree Preschools, Ceviches by Divino, Chase Bank, Sushi Sake, A Taco, Piola Famosi Per La Pizza, Oral Surgery, Cold Stone Creamery, Dentist, Polished Nail, Sheridan Eyecare, Barber Shop, Leonardo Trigueros, and Primus Cigars. I popped in to grab a caffeine fix from Haute Coffee. Parking is easy and plentiful. Next to this shopping plaza is the Coquina Plaza for even more shopping and dining options including Lowe's and Publix. This shopping center has a good mix of businesses for retail, dining, and health and beauty services so you can get all of your errands done in one stop.

Today I went to the Publix to buy my weekly Lotto tickets and had breakfast with a friend at the Borsalino Café. The Padrino's Cuban eatery is an excellent pick for a great dinner then grab a giant custom dessert from Night Owl Cookies. The Burton's Grill at the corner of the plaza hosted a prior fun Yelp event. The Capriotti's Sandwich Shop just went out of business and a Benny's Smash Burgers is getting ready to open in it's place and will have to try it.

Came to this plaza tonight to try the Lai Rai Vietnamese restaurant for a Yelp event and the food was flavorful. The main draw of the plaza is the Mango Tree Supermarket that offers traditional Asian foods. Plenty of parking with easy entrances from Stirling Rd and Davie Rd.

Carriage Hills Plaza has over 64,000 square feet of retail space over 6 acres of land managed by Gator Investments. The plaza is anchored by a Foodtown, a long time popular ethnic and international food supermarket which is currently getting a face lift and a Family Dollar. Other businesses include a Coin Laundry, Lucky Beauty Supply, Bahn Mi Cafe, Pho 79, The Check Cashing Store, Barber Shop, and the shop I recently visited Mama YaTai & Donut which is extremely popular. Expect a line outside to get in. Parking around this end of the mall was congested even though there are over 200 parking spots for Carriage Hills. Difficulty in parking is my main complaint. The main reason to come here aside from Foodtown is that Carriage Hills has a number of Asian restaurants to explore from the Japanese Mama YaTai to the Vietnamese Bahn Mi Cafe. I look forward to trying more of the culinary delights in this area of Davie.
