Place is always clean and organized, staff is always friendly and helpful. Free battery testing. They will order what they don't have in stock or find another store that has what you need. The parts are much better quality than what is available on Amazon. Tools can be "rented" with a deposit. A nice perk is that, like Ace Hardware, rewards members get a $5, $10, or $15 dollar electronic coupon depending on how much you spent the month before. Overall, a great company and I am happy to have one nearby.
