I was referred to them as being a local family business, which is great but I expected them to be more reasonable than the large national companies. To make matters worse, when I reached out regarding the miscommunication on billing, they weren't very helpful in trying to work anything out. They wouldn't take a check while they were at the house but gladly slapped an extra fee to run a credit card when that's the only option on their online system. Fast work, but very poor customer service and billing transparency.

Additionally, their work came undone within a couple of weeks. That was more than a year ago and I'm still peeved at being ripped off. We scheduled a mutually agreed-upon date. They showed up on time at 9:30 a.m. worked all day until 10:00 p.m. that night. In advance, they warned that the project may take 2 days depending upon how the first day went. So I wasn't surprised that the project required a second day to complete. They showed up the next day as agreed at 8:30 a.m. and completed the outside portion of the project and the inside portion of the project by 3:30 p.m. the second day. They actually care about the work they are doing and making sure that we are satisfied. They took care of little issues along the way, and completely cleaned up before they left, including pressure washing the sidewalk from the front door and the entire driveway because red clay was everywhere. We are extremely pleased and highly recommend Request The Best Plumber. We will be using them if we ever have plumbing issues in the future.

They came out to service my HVAC within a couple of days of contacting them for routine maintenance. They were super flexible and worked with my schedule. I could immediately tell that I was in some knowledgeable, trustworthy hands. Dale serviced all aspects of my AC and Heating system and took the time to show me on his multimeter that my capacitor was bad, which he deftly replaced for a more than fair price (I googled it, and saw that he charged below the price found in my search results). I mentioned that I have a huge aversion to going into the attic, where my air handler is located, so Dale threw in (and installed, at no charge) a sensor which would shut off my system in the event that my drain line was clogged, before the drain pan could overflow. This was so kind and such a great suggestion because if such a problem were to occur, I wouldn't notice until it leaked into my living space. Dale and Jennifer gave me and my teenage son lots of tips for how we can keep everything running smoothly until our next service next year. Our household, my wife and myself, was using this particular…read morebusiness/AC repairs/maintain services several times over certain period of time. I would not recommend it for any except small "you can do yourself but have no time" repairs. The owner/operator Ken Moses demonstrated lack of knowledge and experience in solving and repair AC problems over substantial period of time. However small maintains and small non essential repairs like to repair damaged insulation in the garage stand unit (cut and replace), to clean clogged grain line and restart backed up system - were fixed all right. The examples of everything else that we tried to repair included changing motors twice - second time for no obvious reason as it did not do any job as he said it would, vent, capacitor twice - second time with no obvious reason as it did not do any job and he said it would, welding the damaged tube in outside unit (the damage was actually a result of his poor work after he poorly installed new vent in outsite unit and it was resulted in cutting the tube and in leak of refrigerant (filling the refrigerant twice as it continues to leak after him welding it) : those repairs did not went well and needed follow ups to make them work and eliminate damage. After the first leak of the refrigerant caused by poor vent installation by this operator- the AC is not keeping the temperature day long-it goes extreme up after 12pm when outside temperature goes up until the evening when the air cools down. The representative kept coming with new repairs of all the different parts/components every time , including adding refrigerant twice), claiming that each of those times particular repair would!!!work for sure!!! And I did not work. The pattern shows he does not know and he is guessing. The last three repairs resulted in around 1k for us in payments. Each of three of them failed functioning again in couple of hours after he had left. Instead of following up and either provide solution or acknowledge he does not know, he continued come and bill more and more every time - none of those times the problem was solved. Should he just mentioned that he does not know - we just would not end up with unnecessary repairs/bills of more than 1k for the last three and more than 3k after he poorly installed the vent that cut the tube and all this started (It is where/when the problem started) . There is no such thing as customer care and customer satisfaction for this business, but abusive pattern of making more money on regular loyal customers. My very kind and too loyal wife, who supports small local businesses at every opportunity, was taking it all from then for a long time - trying to give them an opportunity to find out or correct ect - that was a mistake to let it so. These are the reasons I would not recommend this company for anything more than small insignificant maintains/repairs .
