Got my huge truck clean, and free vacuums with a wash purchase. Its a drive thru wash...if you want perfection pay for a hand detail. Bring some of your own microfibers, dry off water spots and clean off cpl small spots the machine might miss. Then with that same wet rag get your door jambs and wheels. Then vacuum, then use a clean microfiber for your interior. Vacuums have great power. Great self service car wash, if you can figure out how to use a self service cheap machine wash without crying about it. read more

Fast and a really good automated wash. Price is right. When I want to detail the car I go through the wash then use my own microfiber towels to get the mirrors and little areas that are impossible to get with a machine wash. Then I use the free vacuums and wipe down the inside of the car. I am out of there in 20 min. every time and it cost a fraction of a full service wash. It is the blue collar way to have a great looking car for a good price. And when I wash and drive away, like in the winter, it is better than the other automated washes I have been to, it does a great job. Fast! read more

I was genuinely not impressed by this place. It's known for it's unlimited vacuums and cheap carwash options ($5, $8, $10, $13). The $5 option was apparently just an exterior wash that doesn't clean the bottom, so I chose the $8 option which supposedly is a "deep clean" that will also clean the tires. We all know how important it is to get the salt off our cars after a MN winter. Well, even with the $8 option, my car came out of the wash still dirty. The two side view mirrors were not clean at all and the rear of my car had dirt and dust all over. No point in paying $8 when it's not even doing what it's advertised to do. read more

I usually come here for car washes because it's close to me and it's cheap. I usually get the $8 dollar one. To be honest I have no idea if it's that much better than the $5 one... They all seem the same. I dunno how they keep track of who pays for what. This place can get really busy, especially right after Winter and on a weekend. Sometimes you'll have to wait in line for the vacuum. They say limit 10 minutes, but no one does it in 10 minutes. Some people spend way longer than that. They aren't really strict about it, from my experiences. Overall, it's a cheap way to get your car wash. Does an ok job. You can't compare it to hand washed..but you're paying a lot less. read more

The attendants were nice, but I'm not terribly impressed with the wash itself. Even after getting the slightly more expensive option there are still bugs and such on my car. It also knocked the outside of my mirror off!! Fortunately the guy went and got it for me and put it back on but still like if this is a consistent problem y'all need to look into that read more

Convenient and the price is right. Especially when your vehicle is white with salt in winter, however, it does help to have a rag handy and wipe it down after the wash for maximum effect. This facility replaced what I can only describe as a grimy, cinder block cave on the same site where you had to plug coins and work the scrub brushes yourself, so it's a huge improvement. read more

The back side of my daughters passenger side mirror was ripped off -----IN----the carwash. She realized the damage as she was vacuuming out her car, knowing it was there before the carwash, she asked the attendant if he could check the carwash. He did so and recovered the mirror "skin" IN THE CARWASH which was wonderful. What wasn't wonderful was his dictation to my daughter that she was in fact "Lucky" he recovered it as they had just cleaned the carwash. He then advised her to get some electrical tape to repair it...and finally the worst of the worst his parting comment was "it happens all the time" I've spent the last 2 days trying to reach the owner...to kindly tell them this is THEIR responsibility to fix. To Mr. Car Wash Attendant - your remarks and your demeanor toward the young man who vacuumed first and then went through car wash - were extremely unprofessional and dare I say it? ...RACIST and profiling. I agree! We should follow the rules of the station. You're supposed to get your car washed first and then vacuum. There's a sign ‍. (***On at least three occasions I vacuumed out my car then washed - whoops! I have just always done it that way when I've washed my car! I finally spotted the sign. No one has said a word to me***.) But keep reading... Mr. Car Wash Attendant- You told him to move. He was almost finished with his car. He asked if he could finish. You moved forward to him quickly (not a run, but a very fast walk). Told him to MOVE HIS CAR. You threatened to have his "f*^cking car towed" - you physically moved in much closer to make your point clearer. So...how did you want this man to respond? He never raised his voice back at you. He stepped back. He asked if he could finish vacuuming. He hung his head, and he got in his car - and went to pay for a car wash. When he got in the car - and you were far enough away. I flagged the young man down. Offered to buy his car wash - and tried to offer my support. He shook his head and pulled his car around to the car wash side. He followed through. But Sir, Mr. Car Wash attendant. AFTER this man went into the car wash, you made a point to come out and talk to ME. You saw me interact with him after your fued. Your first words out of your mouth were "I know this is a sanctuary state and all but..." I was NOT going to have THAT conversation with you. I spoke calmly to you - trying to defuse the situation... and mentioned that there's a few ways your interaction could have gone differently - with better customer service and professionalism. I said something like this- "Calm your voice - give specific instructions and ask him to pull around and get the car washed first." -You didn't like my suggestion. -You've been working here 7 years. And "this guy regularly does this". -You got frustrated with ME because I spoke up for him. -You physically moved into my space. -I asked you to step back - once...and then twice...and you finally did. -I asked that you try to be kind - toward all. -You said kind doesn't work for you anymore..and went on a rant. -You responded to my words with wild hand gestures and told me that "these people need to assimilate - and do things the way we do them." (If that's the case - would you want him to act like this to you? Damn it? Why didn't I have that line when I was talking to you?!) -I finally broke down and said that your comments and actions toward him were racist and profiling (maybe that was too far?) -You were furious. -You stormed off. Customer Service is the worst. I got stuck for some reason I wasn't pointed corrected and my all wheel drive suv went over the wash conveyor belt. The foam covered all over my windshield and I couldn't see what's going on. The old man knocked my window so hard and yelled at my face and giving me direction screaming I didn't realize he didn't wear a mask and his stinky cigarette breath spewing into my cabin. WTF! Save money and use a hose at home or throw a few buckets of water on your vehicle. It will look the same as it does after this car wash.

The vacuums are good, but the entire back of my car (not just under the spoiler) was still dry and dirty after the wash. The attendant let me run it through again at no charge, and it got mostly clean the second time. But, I've had better results at gas station washes so I likely won't return. Which is too bad because the location is incredibly convenient for me. read more
