This is a HORRENDOUS, DISHONEST COMPANY! They completely mangled a shipment of my order -- for the first time in my experience, their label apparentlty came off the box in shipment! -- they then misinformed me that the order had been delivered when, if fact, it had been delivered back to them (causing me to run around my neighborhood looking for it), and then once returned back to them they utterly refused to expedite reshipment or even to expedite my refund when I cancelled due to their incompetence! So at the end of the day MIDWAY USA will have held my money for about a month while never having PROPERLY shipped the product I purchased with those funds. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SHYSTERS. I've ordered a couple of times from here. Not that often as the prices are usually higher than other places and you usually can't get free shipping. But every so often this is the only place I can find certain items. What bugs me about this place is they automatically charge your card and say item has shipped, and then you wait for several days for your items to show up. If the label has been created but it hasn't left the warehouse for a week, how is that "nitro fast shipping"? There is another similar company that does the same thing, it feels like they rush to take your money so you can't cancel the order. I hesitated writing this review due to the effect of Covid on business. But it is the new normal and this is a gun store and gun and ammo sales are through the roof so the should be adjusting by now. I purchased a simple item...a nice leather holster for my 5.7. On the order it said I should receive the item by July 1st. It is a week later and I have no product and no one will return my messages to let me know if and when to expect it. It appears the item is being provided by a 3rd party and not Midway USA directly. Midway sent me an email last week letting me know what I already knew...that the tracking number the vendor used was not good and did not work. I've sent numerous emails to Midway support inquiring about my order with no response at all. I've since asked them to cancel my order but again no response. Super easy right 2 weeks to get it shipped, they post a tracking number, its doesnt move for days, it ends up in tacoma, ups hands it off to the post office, they have had it for 10 days. Sleazy policies. Don't fall for the "free gift card", it's essentially a lock to keep you from returning anything. Here's how it worked on me. Needed a TSA approved gun case for a hunt. Purchased plus a $50 gift card, with a $50 discount. Sounds good, right? After COVID changed my flight plans, I learn that their return policy has some asterisks: I will receive $129.60 on an initial purchase of $241.35. It happens like this, pay $29.35 both ways and the $50 gift card is non-refundable, "so we have to deduct $50". "Wait, what? Isn't there something you can do for me on this?" "The good news sir is that you can still use that $50 gift card with us." Um, I'll give that to someone on my naughty list, because I'll never deal with Midway again. I have previously used MidWayUSA a lot but have not had the occasion recently as I have been too busy with real life for "toys". Unfortunately, that proved their undoing. I placed an order with them recently, totally $486. I did it on my phone and somehow missed that the address listed was one where I haven't lived in a couple of years. All this is my fault, I grant that. However, MidWay's response is entirely theirs. They told me, in a very long winded way, "too bad". My option was either pay $17 to have the order intercepted *and* pay for shipping and hazmat again to reship the order or I could just let it be delivered and give whoever lived there a "Christmas present" of sorts. No thanks Midway. Yes, I paid the $17 to have the order intercepted but I did not and will not pay to have it reshipped. MidWay clearly needs a new customer retention manager. Midway filled my order for a Lee inline bullet feed die - with a used part. Bad enough but the die was disassembled and loose in the shipping bag. I needed it to get some reloading done for a match but it was damaged goods. When I first let customer service know the condition of the die and that I really needed it the response was a relaxed "Oh well - return it if you need to. " When I returned it I found that they were out of stock (guess who got the last one?). I ordered a NEW die from Titan Reloading. They were able to priority ship it and the cost was a bit lower than Midway. There are far too many vendors out there that care about customers. Midway is no longer reliable. read more

When I found out it was probably NOT the Deluxe Model I tried to PAY for an upgrade. beware if you're buying a fishing rod through them, I bought one through Amazon in December and didn't use it all winter. When I finally went to use it in March I found there was a chip in one of the guides. They refused to help me and told me I was outside of the 90 day warranty. I would have to ship it direct to Shimano myself this was a $49 Rod and to pay out of my pocket to ship a 6 foot rod to California was going to cost me almost 40 bucks. they would not help me at all or even offer to help with shipping? Yes, didn't do complete and clear inspection was my huge fault. No safety plug, few sticker were missing, no gun grease which supposed to be provided by sig. Paint lightly peeled on both side of slide (looks like holster wear), scratches on mag wall. So I sent email to them. They literally said once they sold and I accepted it, not their problem anymore. Again, yes didn't do clear inspection was my mistake. Before that, I paid full price of new gun not for used. It definitely used gun. Demo to or by someone. I'm very disappointed with this company. Wanted to get equipment to start reloading, and decided to order the equipment from Midway. On the product pages it said it would ship out the next day, so I thought I would get everything quickly. I placed an order on 2/24. They shipped out one of the items the next day (I had 14 items total in my order), which I received 3/2. On 3/1, I contacted customer service as the rest of the items in my order had not shipped out yet. I was told there was a delay, but it would be shipped out that day or the next day at the latest. On 3/3 I contacted them again, and they notified me that one of the items was actually not in stock. I asked to cancel the rest of my order, as I was not informed on the product page or through email that it was OOS. They said that they can't cancel the order because one of the items was already shipped. I am still waiting for the rest of my order, and have not been told when I would get it. Overall, terrible shipping practices, terrible customer service, and terrible policies. Avoid this company if you need something. I found the same items on Amazon for the same (some cheaper even) with Prime shipping. In hindsight, I should have ordered there instead. read more

So now I will have to call UPS once I get the number can let them know it's wrong. I am a type 07 / 02 FFL from Connecticut. I was in need of a CZ Scorpion that Midway had. Their website restricts sales to CT, so I personally called in explaining who I was and asked for assistance to make the purchase. Was still denied by the first person I spoke with as well as their escalations manager. I told them that there are no laws prohibiting them from selling the Scorpion to a licensed dealer at their retail price (didn't even ask for Tax Exemption, which we are) and they still refused service due to their "policy". Shame on Midway USA. They are an anti-2A company and should be working together with other companies in our industry, not against them. I will never give them my business again. read more

Received my new Lee's Reloader manual and a couple of other items that were shipped in one of those paper/bubblewrap bags. The manual was pretty beat up with all of the corners bent in and 6 medium gouges along the edges. I am sorry to say upon contacting them to make sure none of my future orders would be shipped in a bag, I was told there is NO WAY.
