We stopped by Preferred Mattress and provided some info about what type mattress we were looking for. Ed replied with three or four that they had in stock. We went to Macy's before to try them out but the sales staff was too pushy. After checking out a few at Preferred Mattress we picked out one we loved. It was placed in our bedroom later that day. Pricing was insanely good. Delivery guys were great. The whole experience was super easy. Highly recommend! If you need a bed go see Ed!!!! P.S. Tyler called me with follow up on the delivery process and everything followed a smooth path. The delivery department gave me a time the night before and 10 minutes before they arrived. They did a great job putting it together. The product is really great and wonderful for a person who needs physical and psychological support. It's been well over a month and everytime I call, I get the run around, the same story with no real interest in assisting me. It didn't take them over a month to get my money. Yes there will be some delays b/c of the pandemic. But I know ppl who have ordered furniture the same time as I did (from other stores) and had their furniture delivered already. I won't be doing business with Home Decor (on S Kinghshighway) ever again.
