They transported my dear husbands body to my hometown funeral home as they were booked up so that we could get him buried within 3 days of his funeral which was quite a feat as roads were a mess. Exceeded expectations by a mile!!! They went far and above anything we have ever experienced before in any memorial service. They really listened to us and seemed genuinely interested to know who Jeff was; then made areas in the room that reflected Jeff's interests and personality with pictures, memorabilia, and more. They had to have spent hours and hours on getting it ready! It was like a showcase of Jeff's life. He would have absolutely loved it! The quality of everything they did was top-notch. The printed programs, the guestbook, and everything was so thoughtful and well-crafted. The pictures I have included are just a small sample of what they did. The walls around the room had slideshows with pictures of Jeff's life. It was EPIC! Daniel, Corrine and the entire staff were wonderful to work with. Always pleasant, helpful and supportive. We had never planned a funeral or memorial service before and the staff here helped us every step of the way and made the process actually enjoyable. Chapel called, the woman who called was abrupt, loud, and lacked the kind of sensitivity I expected from the representative of a funeral home. She stated something about them being very busy so it would be awhile until they could come out to collect the body - not an unreasonable request, but eventually she asked if there was anyone at the deceased's home who could help them carry the body out to the van! I thought this was so horribly inappropriate that it would have been comical in an Saturday Night Live skit, but to ask this of the bereaved was just outrageously unacceptable IMHO! I was dumbfounded. Not only by the insensitivity of the question, but also because this is part of what you pay them to do. We immediately decided to cancel their services and contacted a different funeral home who treated us much more respectfully and arrived within an hour of our contacting them. A few days later I tried to call the manager at W.M. SE Chapel to let them know why we cancelled their services. I was told he was out sick, so I left a message asking that he call me when he returned. Over 3 weeks have how passed and I still haven't received a call back.

Every time I have visited, ground keepers and visitors have been nothing but respectful.This cemetery is serenely beautiful, well kept, and if you look upwards you can see the beautiful downtown. My mom's headstone is lays flat on a hill so if you stand there you practically see the city and all its glory. Its emotionally moving because my beautiful mom is laid to rest here in the city I love and grew up in. Its a beautiful calm place and my family could not have asked for a more perfect place to lay my mom to rest.
