And when I showed up, it was dark and empty The location was easy to find and since it was basically closed at 8pm, parking was easy and empty. You walk to the front door and get buzzed in. Inside, it was quiet and clean and empty. You walk down the elevators and into the sleep study unit You are introduced to your tech/employee for the night. And they give you a quick tour of your room. By 9pm, I was already in my PJ, hooked up to like 30 sensors from head to toe, belly banded, pulse ox on finger and CO2 nose monitor. And since you can't move, I was left in my room in the dark at 9pm to start my sleep Truthly, the sleep part was terrible. You can't move due to all the sensors. And if any get disconnected, they will have to come in to fix it. My guy was very nice and friendly. But do not expect to get any quality sleep. It was just terrible and it was no one's fault. Time was going by so slowly but by 11pm, I guess my apnea was bad enough to give myself a cpap. And supposedly after that, they said I slept like an "angel" At 5am, I was woken up. They removed the sensors and said I could shower if I wanted. And if I wanted some juice. I did not feel well rested and I was ready to leave and go home to get some real sleep Overall, while the study itself was bad... it's not the fault of Duly or the staff. The staff was nice and friendly and very informative. The rooms were clean but I didn't get to really "enjoy" it like a mini hotel. It was basically straight to bed.

I've been to three different ENTs over the last twenty…read moreyears, and they all did the same thing: stuck an endoscope up my nose, looked around for 30 seconds, then shrugged and told me to keep using Flonase. On my very first visit to Girgis, Dr. Sam spent more than an hour with me. He ordered a CT scan and a full blood panel (turns out I had a deviated septum and low antibody levels for several strains of pneumococcal bacteria, which no doctor had ever told me, or even tested for). Eventually, when we had the results, he patiently went over everything in detail, and recommended surgery. The surgery itself was very smooth and the recovery was straightforward. Two months later, it has been LIFE-CHANGING. I am breathing better and sleeping better. Before the surgery, I generally needed an antihistamine, a decongestant, and a nasal spray every day. I have not taken any of them--not even once--since the surgery. During the entire process, the whole staff--Dr. Sam, the nurses, the receptionists, and the billing department--were kind, patient, and always available to answer questions. Do not waste time going somewhere else. This is the best ENT you will find in the area.

B. On the last two statements they have billed again for items that I had ALREADY PAID! 2. Their doctors are totally uncommunicative. I had avoided therapy ever since thinking that it just wasn't my thing, while taking meds through my primary care for anxiety and depression. When I had a major panic attack while with my daughter I knew I needed to do something more for my mental health. I did a couple of in person meetings with therapists I found online (because if there is something I hate more than the idea of talking to someone, it's talking to someone on video/phone), but I finally contacted Amanda, even though their office was strictly telehealth at that time. She did not have a spot in her schedule when I needed it, but after talking to me she suggested I talk to Megan. I hit it off with Megan right away, and felt SO comfortable, even while being on telehealth! (We actually still do telehealth, even though the office is doing in person appointments now!) Megan's sessions don't start with a deep dive into your childhood, and she just organically works through what you need at this moment, while connecting it to your past experiences. Through Megan I realized I had ADHD and I honestly do think therapy has changed my life. I feel like a much better wife, mother and person having gone through this and being able to work through what I need to. To go from being anti-therapy to trying to talk everyone I know into therapy says a lot about finding the right therapist and connecting to them. While Megan may not be the one you connect with, Inner Balance does a great job connecting you with a therapist that will help you in the way you need it. Receptionist "What exactly do you need" Me I'd like my file and everything in it I asked for to be faxed over last Monday Receptionist "We fax every thing over" Me Well when called they said they received nothing so I'd like copies made of my at home test and everything else in my file please Receptionist But what exactly do you need Me Let's just stop here..... I have a file and I would like that file so I can take it to my primary then have it sent to my new pulmonary Doctor so if you could get me that I can leave and never have to come back Now wonder they need this sign when they treat and play patients like this

The night guard impressions were taken 3 weeks ago, but since the practice is going out of business, customer satisfaction is at an all time low. I was told to pick up the night guard at 5:30pm on Friday. By 7:00pm Lisa decided to close the office, throw me out causing physical harm when she slammed and locked the door on my backside and hand (I have it all on video). Furthermore, she refuses to give the appliance I purchased to my 17 year old son, fiance', or myself. If you read her profile online, she states "it's impossible to have a bad day at work."Hmmmm. I called my bank and disputed the charges on my card. I intend on filing battery charges with the Glen Ellyn Police against Lisa.

Again, besides the first day he will not be serving you. They cancel and reschedule your appoints all the time to consolidate and overbook slots. With not as much as an apology. This place is a classic example of a spot drinking its own kool-aid. Parking! Their locations are horrible. Never any parking. A converted house with no parking. A spot in Glen-Ellyn no street parking! And again a tiny waiting room full, absolutely full, of poor people too far into treatment to change. Save your money and go to a reasonable place. Braces are not rocket science and there is nothing novel in his approach. Once the brackets are on it is just tightening every month and how much you want to over pay someone to waste your precious time in his waiting room.
