The worst medical office I've ever been to. Zero zero zero stars. Absolutely incredibly incompetent doctors, dirty office, cannot even handle the simplest issue. I cannot believe they are allowed to practice. The AG office should truly investigate this group. I have no doubt they have been sued for malpractice. 1. WARNING! Their billing system is totally screwed up. A. The format of their statements is confusing, poorly laid out and inconsistent with those of all other doctors and hospitals I use. B. On the last two statements they have billed again for items that I had ALREADY PAID! 2. Their doctors are totally uncommunicative. You have to pry information out of them and then still don't get much. The hospital chose them to see me. I would go elsewhere. read more

I have been trying to get my supplies for over about 2 weeks. Today, I had a terrible experience with one of the staff members, her name is Deborah. I have been a patient of Dr. Sarah Sarfraz for a few years From the beginning of the phone call, Deborah was harsh, rude and condescending. I asked her simple questions and she kept raising her voice. She seemed uninterested in assisting me. I asked her why she was rude. I needed help and support to getting my supplies fulfilled Not someone raising their voice at me and Not assisting. I asked her to stop, and instead of her helping, she hung up. This is unacceptable. Wow 2 years wasted, asked to have my files sent to my primary, do to the fact they dropped the ball on scheduling several appointment on top of cancellations, waited a week called my primary they received nothing so I walked in after work and after a few minutes of waiting at an empty desk for someone to help me got an attitude when I asked for the file. Receptionist "What exactly do you need" Me I'd like my file and everything in it I asked for to be faxed over last Monday Receptionist "We fax every thing over" Me Well when called they said they received nothing so I'd like copies made of my at home test and everything else in my file please Receptionist But what exactly do you need Me Let's just stop here..... Dr. Jagielo is terrible doctor, and something seems off with him. I was doing a test prior to seeing him for the first time when he walked into the room randomly with some files unannounced, and in a very frazzled state of mind. He was discussing some patient with the tech administering my test in regards to a patient of his and there trip to Colorado, and the health issues they experienced, I guess so much for patient confidentiality at this office. I didn't get any apologies or explanation whatsoever, he just talked to the employee for a few minutes interrupting my test, and then left. However this is something that isn't so bad that I would want to leave him one star as a doctor, but the real part that aggravated me was when he insulted my profession. After he asked about my career he kept sharing his very strong opinions about it as a whole and how society doesn't need really need them. As a doctor he should have learned to remain professional at his age and do his job. Please do not see this doctor, no confidence whatsoever in my treatment plan. Sadly I think my profession really altered his ability to diagnose and assess me properly. I am currently searching for a better and more professional doctor. What a waste of time and money! read more

My doctor is great, the appointment staff really is a problem. I was given an appointment a couple of weeks ago and I showed up what I thought to be 15 minutes early. They told me I was 15 minutes late. I know what they told me, I wrote it down and put it in my calendar. A half hour error I don't think so. So then they asked there's a 1:30, could I come back. Is this office staff just stupid! People work. I made another appointment for another day and half way to work I realized they didn't give my my chip back. Probably part my fault, should have asked. So I went back and by this time my day is toast so I asked if the 1:30 was still available. She says that was 1:45 not 1:30. I'm starting to see a common theme here. While I'm waiting a couple of elderly ppl walk in, one support for the other, says we're here for the 2:00. The receptionist says no, that was for 3:00. The lady helping the other says "she's going to run out of oxygen. Hmmmmm. Again, common theme. If you come here take names when you talk to office staff. I like my doctor and the nurse staff very good. Office staff needs a new team. read more

The worst experience with a physician I've ever had. Dr Samala was my physician. I was trying to get approved for a surgical procedure and needed pulmonary approval since I have sleep apnea. Initial virtual visit was July 3rd. I sent in requested data disc from 2 bipap machines I use. She said she could not read the data and told me I had to do a sleep study test. I agreed and she was going to put in order for test. 4 weeks go by and I had to call and ask what happened to order for sleep study - I was told order was put in weeks ago and they are waiting for me to schedule test with hospital. Nobody said anything about me calling hospital. I wasn't even sure what hospital test would be in. Now they had to put in order again. I did sleep study on September 3rd and waited 3 weeks before I called again to see what is happening. I was told that Dr Samala is busy and will get back to me next week. I asked for the results and was told I can't have them till doctor review. I get call back from Diane (same person I talked to every time I call) she proceeds to give me the results and to schedule me for appointment. Dr Samala has never talked to me except for initial virtual visit. Her front desk discusses my test results??? This call took place 4 weeks after sleep study. It's now Oct 6th a full 3 months and still no approval for surgery. Wants to make another appointment. I have never received my data discs back despite the office telling me they mailed them back. I ask three times. However, the bill they sent managed to find my mailbox. I requested my results and refused to make another appointment. I will go to a competent doctor. Be warm horrible experience. read more

I agree with the other person Tom the DRS. are fine. The appointment staff is a mess.I also was told I came at the wrong time this happened 3 times and I had it in my book,they also confirmed the night before they did not mention a time in the confirmation but it was in my date book at 1:00.The arrogant secretary said no it was 11:00. I left and will not be going back too much stress.I was 17 minutes late once and was told I can not see the Dr. the rule was 15 minutes and I was stuck behind a funeral.I have several Drs. and never get other appointments mixed up. The office staff is so very responsive to repeated requests for various forms that must be completed for job, benefits and insurance. I wish the staff at other medical offices were like them! I went to he office in Westmont. read more

I went to Suburban Pulmonary Associates after being diagnosed a few years prior with Asthma and was having more difficulty breathing. Dr. Samala was the physician I saw. After explaining my history and symptoms, she literally said "your medications should be working, I don't know what you want me to tell you." It was the worst experience of my life. I'm a health care professional myself and I was appalled at her lack of empathy and any desire to remotely help me. Looking back, I can now think of several different things I would have done if in her shoes, things I would ask, other providers I would consult. I am a human being, not a pair of lungs. It takes more than just the lungs for a person to breathe, and obviously she was incapable of looking past my list of medications. Such a horrible experience I would never wish for anyone to have. I even called to complain and the manager wouldn't return my call. Hopefully she has since grown and learned from her mistakes. read more

After waiting 6 weeks for an appointment the day finally arrived at the Bolingbrook office I was with my husband in the exam room when the Dr. came in and introduced herself to us. She immediately told me that my condition had no cure and then showed me the results of the CT scan saying how awful it was. She said that there is some kind of medication that would slow the progression of the problem adding that the side effect of this would be nausea and vomiting. She said I probably may need oxygen in the near future. She was very cold and impersonal as she ordered some blood tests asked me if I had any questions as she walked out of the room. She also said that the cough I have would never go away. I believe that there is a part in the oath that says "first do no harm". She must have not read that part because she terrified me. My husband and I sat there stunned. The next day she called me and told me to see a rheumatologist. I made an appointment and when he examined me he said I really would not need oxygen and wondered why she sent me to see a rheumatologist. A few more things didn't agree with the diagnosis I was given. I have talked to many people about this experience and no one could believe how I was treated. I am 79 years old and have seen many doctors in my lifetime but never have I been treated this way. read more
