Absolutely horrible!!! Nurse Mayela Bermudez is the worst!! I came in Sunday for an std test, come Thursday with no results I call and they said they never sent it in! Why?? I suspected I had chlamydia, which is highly contagious, and they never gave me a result!! What was the point of me peeing in a cup if they weren't going to even give me an answer. This isn't just for me this is for my partners too. And based on the reviews this isn't the first time they never completed a test. Terrible experience! read more

Listen to the reviews! Because it has been a week since I've had testing done and I had to call them repeatedly just to get my results. Once somebody finally gave me the results, it is now a pain in my ass just to get my meds! Almost suspicious. Like damn do you guys want me to suffer or something?? I'm not understanding. I have called at least 8 times in 24 hours just to get a solid answer that my meds are being pushed thru. They will sit there and act like they hear you but nobody's actually listening. Now I have to go another day without meds bc they're closed and if Walgreens does not have my meds by tmrw morning, I'm going to cause a scene. This is absolutely ridiculous. They need to fire everyone. Please just go else where bc they DO NOT CARE. read more

I was in and out even though it looked busy. I had a good experience thanks to Sasha. she was very nice & on top of her job. As I was leaving i noticed the other girls in the front desk not giving the same experience as Sasha which can make people not want to go there. I don't know what's wrong with this place but I feel like they wanted to scammed me. I called in advanced to see how much it was for a TB test. I wanted to do blood work for the TB ONLY, they said it was $60 for it without insurance. Ok that's fine I came right away. Once I paid for it the nurse came to tell me I had to pay $107 more for everything. Why would I pay for blood work that I didn't need. Bunch of scammers never coming back here. My money better be returned, the care quality has always been good, but now I'm never coming back here. read more

Wrong diagnosis, treatment and medication I went there on a Friday after being sick with chronic cough and severe sore throat for 3 days. I took off work for 3 days. The PA said just viral and to return if not any better. PA said she would give me a written for bromfed with codeine help with sleep/cough. By Sunday, I was so sick I couldn't talk and was able to get antibiotics elsewhere. I picked up my prescription and found out the cough syrup had NO codeine. Will NEVER go back incompetence. read more

Quick, efficient & clean ! The wait was minimal, staff very friendly & the facility was clean !

Took my son in for an ear infection and was right away greeted by a girl at the front desk i wish i could catch her name but she had blonde hair and then i was taken back by the nurse abigail who was so patient with my son and had us in and out of triage very swiftly. my son then got his ears cleaned by elizabeth who was very gentle with him and then seen by a provider who i think her name was cindy. she also was very attentive to my sons needs. Midwest express is very quick but not at all rushed, i was in and out within an hour and will definitely recommend to friends and family. whoever is running this clinic has it in great shape, we will be back! read more

I was very unsatisfied with the service i received for my 18 month old baby! I was told in the front desk they don't do appointments. It is first come first served. I don't understand why they give patient's the option to schedule apt online and take the patients that walk in. The staff needs more training with doing pediatric vitals. I am a medical assistant and i had to do my baby pulse ox because the first vitals were out of range. The provider Geordoni Mckoy was very rude and unprofessional. She recommended OTC medication and i asked her if it was safe for my baby to take and she said " i don't know ask the pharmacist" Now imagine i woud've purchase and gave that to my baby. She didnt do a physical examination on my son. She didn't touch him at all. All she kept asking me was "is that it?" she was so in a rush to leave my room and handle the medical concerns i had as a mother. I also was concern of my son having a UTI she said "We don't perform URINE test in clinic" which i was confused since this is an urgent care and you would expect for them to have the equipment that is needed for a urine dipstick. Ignorant place to get anything done. I went to get a drug test and they put the wrong year and spelled my last name wrong. How incompetent can a clinic be for spelling a patients name wrong and putting a wrong year! What's the point of paying them, when they can't even get a simple task right. I went to them to check on my eye the doctor gave me the wrong medication the doctor gave me ear drops not eye drops I called to make sure I can use it he told me it was okay I called Walgreens and they told me not to put it in my eye I called the doctor back and they put me on hold laughing then said they give me something else both doctors and nurses did laugh like my eye is a joke I wouldn't come here again they never really tell you wasn't wrong they don't do test or even check you out I been they more than one time and I get the same treat every time. read more

I went in for a test as I couldn't get an appointment with my PCP! They let me know they accept my insurance BCBS HMO however I got a bill months later asking to pay over $200. The care was great but they do not explain anything if you're taking any type of test that's out of your network. Thankfully my insurance accepted the charges but the stress was so much! read more

Waited a couple of minutes with my parents-the wait time was not bad despite there being only ONE person. On the other hand, the service was very poor. Did not fully explain or identify the problem my father was experiencing. Didn't even bother much trying. Just instantly gave him antibiotics and let him on his way. 5 or 6 people just waited over an hour at the Gage Park location and no staff came. i and some others had used the internet to check in. there was no note on the door, no system generated txt to update anyone. you do realize that some people have to use sick time and take time off work when they arrange a time in your system don't you?
