As for value some lenses where appropriately prices while others are cheap and that good old saying "You get what you paid for" is true. Customer service is lacking. Frames would go missing that we would send to be edged and when asked about they would claim they never received the frames when USPS tracking shows the frames where delivered. They made you believe it was your error and not theirs however month later our edged glasses would show up.

This happened again two days ago and it was the worst timing and I had to be at work and had so much on my plate that day. The woman that runs the small retail area was super friendly, got me in and out in under an hour (this was a worse break and the person fixing it was on lunch) and again they fixed and tightened them for a very small fee. She even apologized for it taking so long! This place has saved me twice and didn't gouge me while doing so.

That being said, the process to get to that point was extremely frustrating. I was given four different trial pairs of contacts that didn't work, and for a long time I didn't even know my actual prescription. During that time, I experienced eye strain, headaches, and ongoing visual discomfort while continuing to wear an outdated prescription. It was also very difficult to get in contact with the office. I attempted to call multiple times to schedule a retest, but the phone was rarely answered, which made it hard to get the help I needed without going in person. While I'm grateful that the issue was resolved in the end, the overall experience was still stressful and time-consuming. I hope the office can improve communication and follow-through so other patients don't have a similar experience.
