Our garage floor had dropped 4 inches, the sidewalks slanted in ways that made rivers of rain flood back towards the house, and our parking pad was a muddy mess. Baza poured new footings and a retaining wall as a new front porch foundation, so we can bring in dirt to raise elevation right near the house. They replaced our sinking garage floor and parking pad, and corrected our sidewalks, building a beautiful raised walk to the front door that will eliminate steps. Juan made it a point to let us know other corrections that should be made (for instance, our basketball goal isn't capped and could freeze and damage the new work he's done). Work was amazingly quick, reasonably priced, and they even took the time to replant some flowers that had gotten disrupted when they redid the sidewalk. Our house looks fantastic now.
