Came home after a long day of appointments in Topeka only to realize neither my husband nor myself had our house key (recently moved in). I called 247 and he was there within 10 minutes. Apparently our new homestead is incredibly secure because it gave him a run for his money. He was patient, personable and determined! After 30 minutes or so the door gave up and we were inside! If I could give 247 six stars, I would. I ran into the problem of not having a spare key and losing my keys at work, they were never found. I also work night shifts, so it made it more difficult. I looked up Jon and he gave me a good price, and he was also able to meet me at work at 2 in the morning. He made me a new set of keys with a spare key in little time. I could not say no to Jon's price. With the thought of getting a tow truck and having it sent to a dealership and going through the whole service process, the dollar bills were adding up. Well I would have to say that Jon was the most friendly and sweet locksmith that I have dealed with. All the other locksmith that I called today was mean and rude and would not work with me but when i call 24/7 locksmith, they were willing to work with me.. He was at my car within a timely matter and if he could not find my car he would call to make sure that he was in the right area. Jon seem to know what he was doing and he walked me thought it all well he was he was unlocking my door. I would recommence anyone to 24/7 locksmith. This is the second time that I had to call a locksmith, and the second time I specifically called Jon at 24/7. The first time I called three other companies and was treated rudely, along with the prices being ridiculously high. Jon was polite, friendly, quoted me a reasonable rate, and arrived quickly, within 15 minutes. The second time I needed locksmith services I knew exactly who to call and I had the same experience. Friendly, fast, and even took the time to wipe up some dust that the tool left behind. I cannot recommend 24/7 enough. Not only quick and professional, absolutely the best price point I have ever experienced. I have had the same service done (retrieving keys locked in my car after dark) before and paid double what he charged. I called him and he was there in 20 minutes, and my car was unlocked in 22 minutes. His credit card machine couldn't connect to my card's host, so he gave me the service free of charge. The locksmith came all the way out to my apartment that I locked myself out of and I was able to get in (with his advice on the phone) right as he arrived.
