They changed management and it is not the same place. Prices now $22, $24 and $28 a foot, for…read moreBasic, Silver, and Gold plans, but same old rickety wood plank bunks with no carpeting. That's $700/month for a 25 footer on the Gold Plan, which includes a quarterly detail, a wash at every launch, unlimited launches, 24 hour marina access, and free engine flushes after every launch. The other plans have fewer features. Some parts of the yard are really starting to look run down, docks look OK. Seems to be staffed by Millennial potheads that do not understand business or customer service.

If you are even thinking about using this marina, please stop and read this review before you make…read morea HUGE mistake. First, you will notice all of the good reviews are older ones (well, except for the 5 star review left by Chris Partridge, the new owner). Back before it was sold, the marina was family owned, and they treated all of it's customers like family. I would have happily given a 5 star review back then, it was an amazing place to keep the boat. In December of 2020, the marina was purchased by Partridge Equity Group. My nightmare started in July of 2021, when they refused to launch my boat, claiming that they had "lost" their billing records (I was on autopay). At no point did they even attempt to contact me, this time claiming they "lost" their customer contact information. When I attempted to pay them, they attempted to charge late fees and a "retroactive billing increase", including late fees and billing increases for months that I had paid in full, totaling thousands of dollars. For 3 months, I attempted to help them reconcile their "lost" accounting records, and even had to send them all of my credit card statements, not once, but twice. Every time I would make progress with one of the new "site managers", they would quit or be fired. The employees refused to provide contact information for the owners, but eventually I was able to hunt down an email address on my own from the owners public LinkedIn profile. To make a long story short, after making contact with the owner, it became painfully aware that they had no intention of resolving the issue, and I was forced to take them to court to get my boat back. After the successful court settlement, I attempted to pick up the boat. The marina refused to put my boat on my trailer (the previous owners had done this for me dozens of times in the 6 years I was there). I gave them back my gate key, and asked for them to return my boat keys. Par for the course, they refused to give me my boat keys, claiming they "lost them". I used my spare set, and was directed to go find a public ramp.

My wife and I keep a pair of jet skis with Marina One. The convenience factor enables/motivates us to use them multiple times per week, which means that the utilization factor more than pays for itself. The proximity to the Boca Inlet is a huge plus. Depending on day of week, hour of day, month of year, inter-coastal speed limits vary- but we're never more than ~15~25 min from the ocean. Moreover, the service has been exemplary. The staff are engaging, attentive, helpful, and genuinely make us feel welcome. Never has there been an issue with short notice trailer loads/unloads, dock loads/retrievals. This is a great example of a business where the employees make a difference- something we're extremely appreciative of. We look forward to our visits as a result. Compared to the cost and hassle of having to deal with refueling and trailering skies to/from home/rental space, in my view this service (while not exactly "cheap") offers a fantastic value proposition. Highly recommended. Andre & Kari

Everyone says that the best times owning a boat is when you buy it and when you sell it. For me,…read moreit was leaving Marina One. After being a member of the yacht club there for 4 years and being very happy, my experience as a boat owner using Marina One for dry storage was horrible. First, I would like to say that Tammi and April are amazing. However, you are just a dollar sign to the marina. Repairs will cost 1/3 more than taking your boat to Complete Marine and the technicians will repair correctly the first time. Marina One ran the forklift into my boat and took two weeks to fix the hole. How did they tell me?? A text. Did they offer an reduction in payment for the month? No. They rinsed off my boat less than 25% of the time and gave ice approximately 50% of the time, though the agreement states that they will do it every time. When you question them, they do nothing to resolve it. The final straw was when my boat was damaged again, but they refused to accept ownership. The cameras on the property conveniently do not work. When I questioned them about this, they asked me to leave the marina, which I gladly did. If you like overpaying for convenience of location from a disrespectful operation, this will work for you. There are so many other options if you research them online. Look at the other real reviews. Rich H. had a similar experience. I only write reviews to help others avoid a mistake or to praise an organization. Using Marina One would be the biggest mistake of your life.
