Started out kinda rough but in the end we had a good experience. Dr. Singh, was very professional but even more so about my son Collin's care and well-being. After surgery of wisdom teeth he had excessive swelling and rough sleep nights with pain. Dr. Singh was very concerned and gave us a better treatment to help my son through his pain and swelling. Nurse Rita was also very comforting to my son after surgery. As my son was coming out of anesthesia he begun feeling nauseous and she was there to help comfort him and help clean up after him like a concerned mother should be to their own son. It was a lot for me to handle alone and she was right there by his side helping to make him feel better. Like I said. It was a rough start but the staff and doctor was on top of everything that we needed for my son to start feeling better. Please be patient with this group. I can only imagine what they have to deal with on a daily basis with people on government insurance. But take my word. Your in good hands with this group! I went for an extraction, it went smoothly and the doctor was pleasant. Unfortunately my issue came with the insurance specialist. I had to pay $95.00 consulation fee and $240.00 up front for my service since no oral surgeons are in network with Aetna locally. I verified with my insurance that services would be covered in full, consultation and extraction, my responsibility was 10.00 and the dental office would need to refund me the balance of $325.00. I called MANY times and spoke with dental office insurance specialist. I kept getting the run around. They would promise a return call and NEVER call back. Two different insurance concierge called them on conference call with with me and the dental office to verify they had paid my claim, gave them the payment verification code and let the office know they need to send me my refund. They continued to claim that they hadn't received payment but would look into it and give me a call back. I never received the call. I made a follow-up call in which I was told they had indeed received the payment, but their insurance processing dept was backed up but my check is in the mail since they no longer process refunds electronically. The experience that we had as far as the procedure was fine, it was after the procedure where there is an issue. We had the procedure done in the Auburn office. I was told that I had to pay $1640 up front which I did, although I had already spoken with my insurance and knew that my total out of pocket would be $1200. I was told that they ran the insurance and they were told that I would be responsible for the $1640 so I went ahead and paid that. Fast forward a few months and I get my EOB from my insurance showing that I should only be responsible for $1200. I call to ask questions and find out that they are no longer associated with the doctor that performed our procedure and they have not received payment from insurance. This is after a large argument that I had with the person in billing and them coming up with every excuse as to why I was charged $1640 instead of the $1200 up front. The billing department is a department of 1 and the lady is less than kind and reasonable to put it mildly. I call my insurance to ask about payment and they state that they had made payment 3 months prior, so I call back to the same unreasonable lady in the billing department to let her know that insurance had paid 3 months prior. She stated that it may have went to the Auburn office (which is no longer available) and may be piled up in the mail that they are catching up on. 3 Months seems to be an unreasonable amount of time to let things pile up, but okay I will give you the benefit of the doubt. I ask what else I can do as I have done ALL the leg work to find out about this payement..... I was told I could call the doctor that did the procedure.... this is the doctor that they are no longer associated with... why is the fact that they are not associated with this doctor any longer my issue to sort out?1? The procedure was done under the name of MOMS..... Fast Forward to today..... I receive a bill in the mail that I now owe an additional $1560 for this bill..... the entire procedure was $3200... I have paid $1640 and the insurance has paid $2000 and now there is an additional $1560 owed??????? I have tried calling the billing department 3 times and they are always "on the phone" and do not return my calls. I am so disgusted with this entire nightmare, I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! read more

I had an abscessed tooth. Instead of getting rid of the infection first, they tried to pull the infected tooth. Anesthesia does not work when a tooth is infected. On top of that they charged me hundreds of dollars for all the pain I went through. read more

If you want compassion and empathy after your wisdom teeth removal. This is not the place to go. After my daughter got her wisdom teeth removed the staff here did not offer a wheelchair nor escort you and the patient to the car. I had to hold her up and walk her to the car. This place was very rude through the whole process. If you want good service with your money you pay up front before service this is not the place to go. read more
