The woman I spoke to was friendly, informative, & got us scheduled right away. The technician called when he was on his way as promised. The job ended up being more than estimated bc he found a second septic tank that none of us knew about, so I was ok with the increase. I needed my septic tank pumped and got four quotes before choosing Flush and Go. They had decent…read moreratings, and their quote of $325 seemed like a bargain compared to the others. However, what started as a great deal quickly turned into a frustrating experience. After opening the tank, the crew found a layer of solid scum--which is common in septic tanks. Then came the surprise upcharge of $145 to complete the job, something that was never mentioned when I got the quote. To make matters worse, when I asked if they would properly seal the tank cap with concrete, I was told they didn't have any and instead used a plastic bag. In the end, I paid $470--more than the highest quote I had received from other companies. While the techs were fast and efficient, the lack of transparency about additional charges felt misleading. Customers should be made aware of potential extra fees upfront, either on the company's website or at the time of the quote. If you decide to use them, be sure to clarify all possible costs beforehand to avoid unpleasant surprises.

I'm very appreciative for Derick and his upstanding customer service. He's a great asset to the company and made sure we were satisfied. He really saved the whole experience with brownies.
