Unfortunately, when the job was finished my wife and I were extremely disappointed. We found multiple spots on the paint that came off easily with just a fingernail. There was also a small scratch area on one of the doors that had not been buffed out -- we had to point it out ourselves before it was addressed. The "ceramic coating" they applied was so ineffective that I ended up using my own ceramic coating product afterward just to get the level of protection and finish we were expecting in the first place. We learned an expensive lesson. High ratings and a higher price do not always equal quality work.

He quoted me $160. Before going in I put about 3 hours into it myself getting all the big areas so that he would focus and spend more time on the details and hard to reach places. I brought the car to his house. He took a look at it and said "it wasn't too bad." I said great and left the car there. The next morning I came to pick it up and they guy tells me "I know I said $160, but I didn't realize how bad it was. It's going to be like $200 instead" Starts telling me about the pet hair between and under the seats. I'm like "I know! I told you about it to begin with!" We start having an argument over the meaning of the word "quote." In this guy's mind a quote is just a ballpark price and he can change the price up on you after the service if he feels like it. After a little back and forth he relents and decides to just charge me the original agreed upon price. But now tensions are high, he's pissed off, I'm pissed off, and he hands me the payment processor asking for a tip. Which I would of if not for what just happened. As uncomfortable as it was, I had to no tip the guy right to his face. I left there feeling like a POS. After I got home I started looking the car over and realized I was actually glad and very justified not tipping the guy because he did not even do a great job. He missed a lot of the "details" I took the car in for in the first place. He did a good job on the big areas and a few of the hard to reach places, but not the attention to detail I was expecting. A lot of creases, corners, vents, and other hard to reach areas still have dust and dirt in them. I'm going to have to spend some time in there with a little brush, cleaner, and some compressed air getting to all the "details" myself. I'll include some photos of what I mean, you can be the judge yourself. In conclusion, if your car is new and pretty clean to begin with, by all means, he's your guy. But if your car is really dirty or needs extra attention in the hard to reach areas, you probably need someone with better tools/skills and a bit more pride in his work. About the only thing I liked about his service is that the car does smells nice after whatever products he used. Other than that, a very stressful experience for me in every way possible. Also on a side note. I felt very uncomfortable having to input my debit card's pin into his payment processor as he's holding the device and watching me do it, like dam man can you at least pretend to look away or something as I'm putting in sensitive information? So use a credit card or cash if you don't want the guy knowing your card's pin... Left there feeling like I need change my card and/or pin.

It was supposed to include a carpet clean so I asked him to give the front carpets a little TLC and that he didn't have to steam clean the floor carpets in the backseat. He was supposed to be there several hours so I was going to leave work in time to meet him there to check out the job and pay him but he called me an hour and a half into the job and said he was done. He said my carpets look great and he wanted to get paid. I took it in good faith that he had cleaned my car like we had talked about so my husband paid him $300 cash. When I got home and checked out the cleaning job, I was mortified. He didn't clean the interior of my car at all. He forgot to vacuum a lot of it, and didn't put any cleaner on my carpets, he just steam cleaned them. I paid for a full service and what I got was a front floor carpet clean for $300. I got a hold of the owner told him I was disappointed and that I wanted either him to come back and finish cleaning it or give me back half my money. He said he would call me on Friday and I never heard back from him. I texted him again yesterday and asked him to come back and finish cleaning my car and I still have not heard back from him. He made mention that he was going to take my cash and go get a new tattoo which he obviously did in lieu of cleaning my car. Highly disappointed in the treatment I got from this business owner and even more disappointed in the service I received. These pictures are after I paid $300 to have my car cleaned.
