After hearing rave reviews from my office colleagues, I decided to give this restaurant a try. I…read morewas promptly seated and started with the turnip green bites. These bite-sized delights were a delightful twist on a classic Southern side dish. Tender and flavorful turnip greens were combined with creamy cheese and smoky applewood bacon bits, then rolled in seasoned flour and deep-fried to perfection. They were served with a sweet and tangy honey remoulade sauce. To my surprise, the turnip bites were incredibly delicious! I'm usually a fan of greens, but I've never had them prepared in this way before. I highly recommend them to anyone who enjoys unique and flavorful dishes. For my main course, I ordered the GB Fried Chicken Sandwich with a side of seasoned fries. The sandwich was quite large, but it was packed with flavor and juicy chicken. I'd definitely order it again when I'm feeling a bit hungrier. Overall, I had a great experience at this restaurant and would recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. However, I do have a suggestion: the portions are quite large, so it might be better to share them with a group of people.

Busier crowd and parking lot here, but still easy to navigate. Easy listening played on outdoor speakers very lightly to provide a nice atmosphere and prepare the senses to enjoy some good food! Red beans rice: 20 out of 10!

Stopped by after work to try some of the Cinco de Mayo 2026 special menu items (05/01-05/05). It…read morewas not overly crowded and it was open seating. We were greeted shortly by our waiter Caden. Our waiter was extremely polite and very attentive. I can only speak in the items I personally tried the watermelon jalapeño margarita was a 7.5/10. There wasn't a strong watermelon flavor and there really wasn't a kick from the jalapeño. The bartender wasn't definitely not shy with the liquor but it wasn't over powering. The shrimp and crab ceviche was probably a 8/10 ( could've been a 9/10 but it had cucumbers in it). It had a tad bit too much lime juice or lime taste. The shrimp and crab dip was delicious! 9/10. Fresh chips as well. I really enjoyed the pickled red onion addition was really good. Overall Saltine has a great menu selection, warm and welcoming vibe.

That was delicious. Also got the lobster and crawfish dip ok and one can never go wrong with calamari which was also good. For dinner, I had the salmon and grits and kale. It was ok because not quite what I was expecting - I was expecting spicy and it was too sweet for me but might be my fault for not fully reading the description and being focused on the Cajun seared aspect of it. It was still good though. Nothing superb but filling and loved the crunchy kale on top. Really liked that they were open on a Monday and they were fast. At one point, too fast because one of my co- diner's dinner came too soon while still eating their salad. For dessert, we got the cinnamon roll cheesecake and shared it. I only had one bite because it was too rich for me but it was very tasty and good. Unfortunately, we didn't get the oysters which is THE item to get here but it was otherwise a good visit.

Chicken Salad Chick's reputation precedes her. And Chicken Salad Chick did not disappoint!…read more My first time visiting this beloved chain establishment that I wish had locations in California or Massachusetts or Rhode Island maybe. (Mrs Chick, if you're listening!!) So many different chicken salad options to chicken choose from and I was a bit overwhelmed, but decided I liked the name of the Fancy Nancy the best so I got that. Yummy! Also tried the one with bacon and ranch that I do NOT remember the name of and that one was good too. Sure the croissants were a little floppy and not incredibly fresh, and is it the BEST chicken salad I've had? Surely not. But one can only stop and marvel at the fast-casual innovation that is Chicken Salad Chick.

I struggled to find parking as it's very limited given the high traffic and when I found parking I walked in. I ordered the two scoop chicken salad meal. One scoop was the Olivia chicken salad which is the Southern chicken salad made with eggs and sweet pickles. The other chicken salad was the fancy Nancy which comes with chopped up apples and seedless grapes and pecans. I preferred the Olivia although I was told the fancy Nancy is the most popular. I paid $9.99 for my meal and with tax it came to $10.25. The restaurant stayed busy during my entire wait with a line and people walking in. The restaurant is well lit with soft calming colors and it has a very nice laid back (although busy) feel to it. The meal was very good. I loved that they added a little butter cookie. I will return.
