They told me over the phone that my insurance was verified before even scheduling the appointment, but when I arrived, I was told they don't take it. The front desk was extremely rude, especially Sophia. The manager, Kim, didn't seem to care and just defended her staff. I wasted both my time and time off work, and there was no apology or accountability. All the negative reviews are true. No matter how good the doctor is, incompetent staff ruin the experience.

Her flippant responses, such as you were left a message September 2024. As if one message which I never received, was adequate when the results were so serious. She was nothing but combative and defensive about the issues. I was very happy with the NP I was seeing but the staff is arrogant and this puts YOUR life in danger. Apparently the doctor nor the NP have the time to return calls to their own patients and allow this to happen. Very upsetting to have to deal with this when their lack or competence puts my life in danger, and they take an attitude. Nasty people. I was provided a healing space with attention to my personal care, this was my first time in the hyperbaric chamber. I was guided and directed by the staff in such a loving and caring concerned matter. I never felt alone, and after my first session, I was so ready to go back in for more.
