I'm certain that the workers are racist, but even if they're not, they're at the very least nasty people who obviously shouldn't be in retail. He was the friendliest guy imaginable. AND he gave me a discount without my asking. I expected the whole "it costs this much but you have to pay a core charge, you'll get that back when you return the old one" but nope. It was a very simple transaction. A couple of weeks later I take the old one back, because what else would I do with it. I just wanted to drop it off. A different guy, every bit as friendly as the first, said "hold on, it's worth something to you" and handed me a fiver. Are you kidding?
