    I've made three moves in the last six months and these guys are by far the best I have ever had…read more The owners take personal pride in dealing directly with you as a customer and making sure that you are happy before, during and after the move. They are personable, respectful, professional and smart about the way they move your furniture. They thoughtfully stack furniture in the truck correctly. They take care to make sure that it's protected and they couldn't be nicer about placement or rearranging furniture once moved in. They are also very thoughtful piano movers and carefully consider the care and delicate nature of moving fine acoustic pianos. I would absolutely recommend these guys above any movers that I have used.

Half way through them packing up my house, they asked if they could come back the next week to finish the job....I told them no, they continued to push asking if they could come back the next day because they had another appt. at this point it was only a couple hours into the move and all of my belongings were in boxes. UNACCEPTABLE. Fast forward to the end of the move. We paid the balance and parted ways at our new house, but when we went back to the old house, they had left behind a TON of stuff....carpets, furniture, multiple bins and boxes, shelves etc....I had to make 4 trips to and from my old house to finish the job I had just paid them to do. Upon further inspection of our furniture, multiple items were scratched, dinged up, coming apart, after they moved them I reached out to the owner who I originally spoke with to set up the move, FOUR times, and never received a response. Not only was the move a horrible experience, the lack of customer service was even worse. My issue was completely ignored, never even addressed. I would never recommend these movers to anyone. If the owner would've responded to my multiple attempts to resolve this, I would have never left a bad review. But because he chose to never address the issues, I feel obligated to warn others about this horrible company.

    Jessie, one of the movers, was the most unprofessional, vulgar, disrespectful excuse for a human…read morebeing. He would not follow the protocol at the MEDICAL facility he was moving furniture into, by wearing a mask (CDC regulation, NOT the facility's). When the "owner" Nicole was contacted, she was extremely defensive, and lacked even an ounce of customer service. This is the worst display of a "family business" and her predecessors should be ashamed at her behavior, and for employing such a sad excuse of a man who verbally abused a women for simply asking him to follow a policy.

("You must not have packed well enough.") One item was my late mothers antique plate - which was packed like a golden egg. They automatically sent 2 guys to move without saying anything, which doubled the cost and they did nothing to rectify. Even though we complained that they took turns moving things (one stood around while the other moved boxes, then they switched over and over throughout the day. They actually stopped and had lunch in between trips and charged us for the time while we were waiting for them to show up. The guys overcharged us by 2 hours by misstating their start and stop times by an hour each, and after complaining to their office, they reluctantly refunded 1 hour. They took apart my office desk and stripped the screws while attempting to reassemble it and left with the advice to "Buy longer screws. That should work." I am a retired and disabled former Plant Mgr, Industrial Engr, IS Mgr, etc. I am not exaggerating - this is a ripoff joint in my opinion and should be avoided at all costs.
