The team was so friendly and energetic, they took all of the stress out of the move with their "can do attitude" During the walk through, the team leader was patient as we explained priority items for this first pod. After packing all requested boxes and furniture items from a very full three story home, they were able to get in EVERY other boxed item we had!! I think they were even proud of themselves, as this was the fullest pod they had ever packed and they did it in an amazingly short amount of time!! Our original estimate had been with two movers. The morning of, an extra mover had become available so we accepted the third mover at an extra $89 an hour and still came in considerably below estimate due to their efficiency!! They took great care with my furniture and other items that I added to the move last minute. They even offered to move furniture once placed if I changed my mind on original placement. I texted Quinn with a very down sized list to move. This time he gave me a quote by text and we were on. Same amazing service. Even though we only had a mattress and one small sewing table to move from the down stairs they still insisted on padding the stair banisters and spreading out runners. Got the stuff in the truck with four guys and we were ready to roll. At the apartment they even put down runners in the public areas leading to the apartment. His team were super professional and very nice. They got everything set up perfectly and the whole process took 3 hours. Best of all when the team leader called Quinn to get the final bill it was several hundred less than the quote. This guy is an honest man!

We also went over the mileage predictions. On moving day, Joseph and Matt showed up with their truck and they busted their asses loading. I had everything pre-staged ready to go in about 40 boxes and they padded wrapped my furniture. They were done in just over an hour. Moving into my new place...just over an hour. I was very impressed by the professional and friendly attitudes of both Al and Don. They even moved a console piano (extra fee, but I knew that in advance) and were very careful with it. No damage happened to any furniture; everything was thickly wrapped in heavy moving blankets and was well packed. They also moved a bedroom set and put it in the garage so it was easier for a charitable organization to pick up later, and carried smaller furniture pieces from the basement to the garage for the same reason. The movers maneuvered a tricky second floor staircase at the first residence and successfully carried down a complete bedroom set with nary a scratch. Kudos also to Isac, who set up our move so quickly - I called on the Wednesday prior and was able to secure a crew for Monday, just a few days later. Very, very happy with Five Star!!
