I texted Quinn with a very down sized list to move. This time he gave me a quote by text and we were on. Same amazing service. Even though we only had a mattress and one small sewing table to move from the down stairs they still insisted on padding the stair banisters and spreading out runners. Got the stuff in the truck with four guys and we were ready to roll. At the apartment they even put down runners in the public areas leading to the apartment. His team were super professional and very nice. They got everything set up perfectly and the whole process took 3 hours. Best of all when the team leader called Quinn to get the final bill it was several hundred less than the quote. This guy is an honest man!

I had everything pre-staged ready to go in about 40 boxes and they padded wrapped my furniture. They were done in just over an hour. Moving into my new place...just over an hour. Again, my old place although a 2300 sq/ft house had minimalist contents. The great news is Joseph's prediction on time and mileage was spot on and I had no damage to my possessions. I was very impressed by the professional and friendly attitudes of both Al and Don. They even moved a console piano (extra fee, but I knew that in advance) and were very careful with it. No damage happened to any furniture; everything was thickly wrapped in heavy moving blankets and was well packed. They also moved a bedroom set and put it in the garage so it was easier for a charitable organization to pick up later, and carried smaller furniture pieces from the basement to the garage for the same reason. The movers maneuvered a tricky second floor staircase at the first residence and successfully carried down a complete bedroom set with nary a scratch. Kudos also to Isac, who set up our move so quickly - I called on the Wednesday prior and was able to secure a crew for Monday, just a few days later. Very, very happy with Five Star!!
