Just a heads-up for anyone booking car rentals here through Expedia or Avis. I reserved a vehicle…read moretwo weeks ago through Expedia with Avis on 465 E Galbraith Rd in Cincinnati. It is also a Budget rental franchise. When I arrived on the day of the reservation, the car was not available. The Avis representative was extremely rude and refused to help. He looked at the Visa card I used to reserve the car and said he probably wouldn't have accepted it anyway. Expedia only offered to "consider" a refund--no assistance finding a replacement vehicle for my urgent trip. I've filed complaints with both companies, but wanted to share this experience to warn others. If reliability matters to you, be cautious. If using Expedia and something goes wrong, you're on your own. Avis is no help, either. Two days later, Avis assessed me a $50 "no-show" fee. Expedia is still contemplating whether to return my funds. I'm also out two Uber rides and the time I wasted (and will continue to waste) fighting this. Beware the dealer, Avis, and Expedia they have set new lows for customer service.

He said he would have to call around and I would have to pick up another truck from another location. I was so upset. I immediately called U-haul on Ridge Ave at Cit-Del Storage. U-haul had a truck ready by 8:00am and the move went smooth. It was very unprofessional for Budget to not know or confirm their inventory knowing there was a reservation at 8am. This was my very first time reserving a rental with them and it sure will be the last.

I have been getting my RV propane filled at the Colerain location for years, and a few months ago I…read morewas told they would not fill it due to the tank certification. Permanently mounted propane tanks on RV's do not have to be certified every 5 years like a grill tank. I told this to the young girl that is the assistant manager, but she still refused to fill it. She said there wasn't a cert date on the tank. I looked at the tank when I got home, and there is a plate welded to the tank with all the info she needed. I have never looked because no one ever questioned it. I needed to fill the tank again, so I went back to this store with a picture of the tag so they would fill it. One of the employees came outside and said they were out of propane. She must have recognized me and told him to say that. I knew that was a lie, so i left. I had my wife call 20 minutes later to see if they could fill up some grill tanks, and she said sure, come on up. The website also shows they had over 300 gallons on hand. I ended up going to Tractor Supply and getting it filled with zero issues. It probably cost me $15 in gas to do so, but at least U-Haul didn't get my money. So the assistant manager is costing this location money. She needs to be fired. I will never use U-Haul for anything again.
