Fantastic experience buying a used MINI Cooper completely online from Julian Lambert at The BMW Store. I found the car I wanted on their site at a good price and low mileage. I messaged the dealer, and Julian responded quickly and always gave me straight answers. Even though I was busy with work, he helped me every step of the way. Julian was able to take detailed photos showing any blemishes on the car and text them to me. He helped when I sent a mobile mechanic over to check it the car. And he helped coordinate everything with the guys who prepared the contracts and worked with my credit union to put the whole deal together. I had the car delivered from Cincinnati to my home in Atlanta, and now that I've been driving it daily for the past 5 months, I can say that I am more than pleased with the whole transaction. It costs me $1000 every time I hit the door for an oil change and whatever else they find on my 10-year-old mini--fine. But now they are charging me 3% to use my credit card!? I expect that from small businesses not BMW NoAmerica. Ridiculous. Coupled with the overall increase in prices, I'm not sure I'll be back because of the credit card fee. read more

Excellent dealership with decent selection of inventory. I found my dream car at this location. Mat Swartz exceeded my expectations. He was responsive, straightforward and knowledgeable about EVERYTHING BMW. As a long time BMW owner I purchased my last car from Ganley however The BMW Store is on par with that dealership in terms of it's quality of service. However, I did not care for how Jemar - Business Mgr. addressed me as "Ms. Ronda" instead of by my last name. It was inappropriate and he probably wouldn't do it to a male customer or to other clients. My only other issue with this dealership is the location of its accessories and apparel. It needs to be conveniently located for the customers and not just for the dealership. I had to grab the clothing and walk across the dealership to pay for it. The gentleman who placed my order verified my home address in the system but assumed I didn't need it shipped? As an out of state customer he should have been cognizant of that obvious detail. I called the dealership a week ago to verify the status of my order which is how I learned about what happened and was told it will be shipped. Overall I am very happy with my new car. read more

Amy was our sales rep, very attentive, and flexible w my busy schedule. The numbers were transparent - Ric (manager) did a nice job explaining to me - and Eric (finance manager) helped me finalize paperwork and explained everything so thoroughly! Pathetic. I came in with my boyfriend to look at some new cars and order an individual M4 convertible. Tim could not do his job. After 20 minutes he was able to finally pull up a picture of the paint we wanted, which we could have done in 30 seconds if he had simply asked where we were in the buying process. He could not answer our questions and flat out ignored me multiple times. I felt the interaction to be discriminatory towards me as a young woman. He never even got my name. We left this dealership because of him. We went to BMW of Cincinnati North and had a much better experience with Caleb. He showed us cars, sent us on a test drive, answered ALL of our questions (including mine). When I asked about a specific interior color, not only did he search for a swatch, he found a car on the lot with the exact color to show. As far as inventory goes, they're great. As far as helping a buyer brining in a leased car to trade, they really don't care at all. Be sure your ducks are in a line when brining in that end-of-lease trade-in because they will not lift a finger to inform you of little things, like, oh, you are missing a warranty service. I brought in my MINI and I received zero help with a pre-return inspection that they could have easily performed. I guess it got in the way of the sale that day. read more

A recall of the passenger air bag in my old beamer brought me to the BMW Store. With the Covid 19, I was apprehensive about going into a dealership. I called in advance and was assured that only three customers were allowed in the waiting room at once. Plus every communication was by email or text. Nicely done. Today was my second visit at this location and was highly disappointed of the service I received. I told them exactly what I was wanting done and my plans for the visit today and got exactly the opposite. However I did go through with what I had planned on doing and when I return to get my vehicle I did my inspection of the work and ended up finding out that I will have to bring my car back (but next time it will be the w Kemper location hoping that I receive better service and completion of great work) cause a piece was missing. Brand new 2024 X5 Plug in Hybrid, My check engine Light came on, in researching this on the various BMW blogs I find page after page of people complaining of the same thing, an issue with the refrigerant shut off valve to the high voltage battery and is serious enough that the dealer more or less confiscates the car and won't let the owners drive it. I bought this car from this dealers about 2 months ago , one of their highly stressed selling points is a free loaner or valet service for the life of the car, but the catch is they are book out more than a month in advance, supposedly.They won't even let you make a "wait" appointment for this potentially very serious problem so this marketing ploy turns out isn't really an option and is basically an untruth. everyone of my post sell interactions with the dealer has been negative . I am unable to have faith in any service they provide . I ended up making a service app't with the other dealer in town read more

After told my sales rep my budget, he convinced to buy a car $10,000 above my budget. I ended up buying a CPO 335i convertible. I love the car, but I hate the way this place does business, and will never return. I have already advised all my friends to go elsewhere. So the first hiccup came during finance. The finance guy told me that he was sure that a credit union would give me the best rate available, and said the deal would go through. They let me take the car home that night, and I was supposed to return the next day for them to prep the car, and sign the paperwork. When I came in they told me the financing fell through at the best rate, and that I would have to pay 1% more than the best available. I found that awkward, but by then had fallen in love with the car and didn't care. I pointed out to the sales rep that there were chips in the paint on the hood. He said no problem we can give you a "we owe." I expressed my concerns about the level of work, and he told me not to worry, and that the paint work was very professional and that they used buffers and everything; he told me that it far surpassed a normal touch-up. About a week into owning the car I noticed a bulge in my front right tire. I took the car in and the rep pulled his manager Scott out to take a look. He told me that it looked like I hit a pothole. I knew that I hadn't and stated so. I told him that I read online that they were replacing these brand of Bridgestone tires due to defectiveness. He told me that he hadn't heard that, but to check with the service department. They offered to sell me the tire insurance, and said to wait 30 days before filing the claim. I didn't say anything to them but acted like that was cool. So basically they tried to talk me into committing insurance fraud. Long story short, the service manager Made my girlfriend cry because he accused us of trying to get stuff for free. Every time I brought the car in for service, they had it for a week and couldn't fix the problem. There were even a few times where a new problem popped up after they "fixed" it. I had to meet with the general manager who acted like he was doing me a favor by following through on their promises to properly CPO my car. I will never do business here again and recommend caution to anyone thinking about it. The whole experience has even ruined BMW for me, and I now own a Lexus! read more

This is also the location for the local Mini Cooper dealership, which is owner by BMW. I agree with Stephanie in that you really can't ask for more than BMW/Mini offers. You really get what you pay for here! I fell in love with Mini Coopers after watching the Italian Job and had to own one before kids ruined all my fun. I bought a 2005 red convertible Mini and have never been unhappy about it a day since then. The best thing about buying a Mini is that you get BMW service without having to pay for a BMW. Every person I have ever had interactions with here has been nice, pleasant, and more than happy to help out. The salesmen at Mini tend to be of the younger, hipper sort than over at the BMW dealership. I had no problems in the purchase of my car and felt like I walked away with a fair price. The service part is even better. Over the years with me car, I did have a couple maintenance issues. Every time I called they were able to get my car in within a couple of days. If your car is under warranty, you get a loaner for free (only paying for gas). They actually apologize when they have to give you a non-Mini loaner, like one time I got a brand-new Dodge Charger that came along with an apology. If the service takes longer than expected, the actual tech will call you, apologize, and find an appropriate time for you to pick up the car at your convenience. Like I said, service is awesome. If you ever decide to sit around and wait for your car, it is a joy. Enjoy the candy buffet that awaits you! They have a full wall of containers of candy for you to snack... The only problem will be how much can you eat before people start looking at you like a hog. They also have a fridge of water and soda you can help yourself to and a cappuccino machine for the cold months. Their wireless works well and for the paper people they also have tons of magazines and newspapers around. Buy a Mini (or a BMW), you won't be sorry! read more

I really can't ask for more from my car dealership. I have the extended warranty with my car, so can't comment to service prices, but I can comment to the quality of service. I've only had to leave my car once for repairs. I was able to drop it off in the morning, take out a loaner car to go to work, then stop back by after work to pick up my again perfectly functioning car. I also stop by a couple times a month for their free car washes on Saturday mornings. You pull up to the line for the car wash, soon someone comes by and gives you a number, and then you're free to walk into the waiting area. It is equipped with wifi and stocked with magazines. There are donuts if you arrive early enough, granola bars and about 10 different jars of candy all day, a fridge stocked with sodas, and freshly brewed Starbucks coffee, all complimentary while you wait. Waits can be up to about 45 minutes when there is a long line, but your car is being hand washed, so this can only happen so fast. Make sure that when your number is called to pick up your car that you hand the guy a tip, these folks are working hard! (I conferred with some other customers one day and it seems the average tip amount is about $3.) read more

A++ for customer service. Todd is the service manager and he is incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They keep you updated throughout your service if you're waiting and offer a great lounge area with tables and couches, wi-fi, and free beverages. If you don't want to/can't wait then they give you a car for the day - just bring it back with the same amount of gas! Best Mini dealer service in the state. I live in Columbus & make the trip when there is a recall. I had a recall on a part the I paid MAG (mid-ohio auto group) over $1700 for. When I called MAG to ask if it was the same part. MAG interrupted me to point out there are no refunds. I mentioned this to the Mini dealer in Cincinnati, they asked for the receipt & worked with Mini for a full refund. read more

Todd did an amazing job, helping me get situated with a loaner car while my Mini got worked on. I read other reviews but I never want them to do a fast service just to get me out of there. I would rather they take the time needed to service my vehicle. My life is well worth that extra hour needed to fix a problem before it got worse. I took my BMW 5 series to the service center on 12/18/19 after noticing condensation in the driver side headlight. I was charged over $700 to fix the leak and was reassured that everything was fixed. After a few weeks, as our Cincy weather changed, I again noticed condensation in the driver side headlight. This time when I took it in, I was charged $3700 as the condensation had damaged the headlight assembly. I spoke to the service manager, who stated that his technician may have misdiagnosed the issue in December. As a recompense, they will discount the $700 I paid in December from this bill. But, he can't guarantee that it won't happen again. I drove less than 1200 miles between the two visits. The headlight repair from December didn't even last 1200 miles and ended up costing me an additional $3000 due to shoddy repair. Clearly, "BMW Experts" maybe an exaggeration for this level of work. What an awful experience. My wife took our X5 in for its regular service and the wiper fluid was leaking when we got the car back. Took it back to the BMW Store and it took an hour to get a loaner and then they charge $150 to diagnose an issue they likely caused! Are they saying they don't even bother checking for leaks during a service? We were planning on buying a new car this year, but at least we know it won't be a BMW anymore. read more

Saturday car shopping day over Labor Day weekend. My 16 yr old just passed his drivers test and my husband and I decided to enjoy a beautiful afternoon test driving cars. We started with Porshe and then went to the BMW store to look at the X5, X3, X1. We walked up to the front door of the showroom (where all the employees were congregating just outside the door) We smiled and walked past them while they continued to be engaged their conversation. We then proceeded to sit in the front and back seats of all 3 models. We chatted and compared the fit and feel of the BMW SUV's to the Porsche Macan that had caught our eye earlier in the day. Quite surprisingly, no employee walked over to introduce themselves or shake our hand? We were in their SHOWROOM for 20 minutes looking at $50-$70K cars....Finally we walked by the sad cheese and cupcake table and left the showroom through the same group of employees (guys chatting with the marketing girls holding balloons for their big Labor Day events) to our BMW 5-Series and left. Ironically, the Porshe of the Village salesman, Rob Bernard, sent me a txt. I txt him back and mentioned no one was interested in helping us today at the BMW store --he txt back "I Love Those Guys!!" BMW offered a repair kit for phone connection. I received the email and immediately set up an appointment with the store, while taking care of scheduled maintenance at the same time. The service did not install the repair kit. I called back and said they needed the printout email from BMW , that was not convincing because they have received that info electronically. Anyhow they told me to schedule another appointment in the next time I bring for service. When I called in for service they told that BMW service had expired and could no longer honor it. Ok I accept that maybe there was a time limit. But neither they told me that or BMW put that in print for me. They told me that they learned of the time limit later than my visit, did I deserve a call? Net: disappointment with service follow up and BMW in general. read more

I've owned 3 BMWs and the BMW STORE has always maintained 2 of them for the most part and I've always have gotten 5 star service except for my last visit just about a month ago. I do have to preface this by saying what kept this from being 5 stars was because of the watered down service method BMW STORE Now uses to accommodate its service customers utilizing their loaners. Before it was simple, leave your vehicle and leave in one of their vehicles (always another usually newer BMW) which actually made you think of upgrading thus a sale for them. Now they have gone the way of a lot of substandard companies of using rental service agencies and that's where my problem lies. My last visit for service to my surprise in waiting for my loaner I'd learned that it was from Montgomery Enterprise leasing a franchise ran by a crooked manager highly likely with thieving potential. As a whole I have no problem with enterprise leasing itself Because since my very bad experience of dealing with crooks at Montgomery Enterprise Leasing who debited monies from my bank account after insurance had already paid them for a rental I was using after my previous BMW had been totaled in an accident. After discovery of the Inadvertent unauthorized transactions unknowingly made to my account causing overdraft fees I'd contacted both enterprise and my bank where Enterprise admitted fault and wrong doing and eventually reversed these transactions and admitted that they were WRONG and would pay the fees. I kept the rental 3 days longer than what my insurance would cover and paid outta pocket while I completed the purchase of my newest Bmw. When It came time for me to return the vehicle I still had not received any monies promised to me for fees these crooks were responsible for. Upon recommendation of my bank (who said this is something enterprise does often) to prevent anymore abuse from Enterprise it would be wise to close that account, establish another and pay enterprise anything I'd owed via cashiers check from my bank minus the fees they owed me which I did because they never had any intentions of ever returning any money to me. So because they felt slighted that I was astute to their dishonest behaviors they tried to unsuccessfully put the balance they claimed I owed on my credit report and when that failed they put me on A "DO NOT RENT TO" list only exclusive to their one location. Laughable, and SO WHAT because I would only refer them and their sub-par service and crooked behavior to an enemy perhaps if I had one. So because The BMW STORE now uses these crooks (Beware of Montgomery Enterprise) I couldn't give them a much deserving 5 star for their service but a 3 because certainly now anytime I have service or maintenance performed on my vehicle I will be forced to have to sit and wait out possibly a full day unless I want to provide out of pocket my own transportation which would most likely be the case today for I have another maintenance appointment scheduled today. read more

Unfortunately I was unable to experience the great customer service everyone else has raved about in these reviews. My husband and I arrived and walked past several sales associate's offices and not one asked us if we needed help. We assumed we should go to the main desk for assistance. There was an older lady standing at the desk that walked right past us and looked out the window, turned around and saw us again, and still said nothing to us. As we were walking out the door to leave (since no one acknowledged our presence) we passed another desk where a sales associate sat and again he said nothing to us. Finally, a sales associate was walking back in the building and he said hello and asked had we been helped. We explained to him that no one acknowledged us and we left since it did not seem like our business was wanted. Based on the poor customer service we received, I would not recommend this dealership. Even though this was not scheduled, I still got stellar service. They addressed the problem, fixed it and got me underway a short time later. Since then, all service has been done at BMW Store on both and the experience is always good. They even stored our 5-series for 2 weeks since we were on holiday and couldn't pick the car up from service immediately. Staff from sales to service is so excellent. She pulled the parts from the back to show me what i was getting and even recommended all weather floor mats for my back seat based on her experience with her bmw suv. TERRIBLE! I have a 2010 BMW 328i coupe with xdrive that has the sports package, premium package, the cold weather package, and navigation. Pretty much everything I could get. I brought my BMW to them in October 2013 because I was hearing some rubbing on my front left tire, and spoke with an advisor named Todd. When I arrived, I explained to him my situation and was immediately told that my BMW did not have a sport package because I have 17inch wheels and not 18inch. I was surprised to hear this because I had the sport seats, sport steering wheel, and so on... Angry that I may have been duped into buying a car by false advertising (not at The BMW Store), I left my BMW for them to look into the issues. After a couple days, I received a call back from Todd. Besides the tire comment, I was told that all my rotors were warped, I needed a new alternator and water pump drive belt tensioner, and all 4 of my tires were extremely low and needed to be replaced. To be exact, the estimate sheet they gave me showed my LF 2.0mm, RF 2.0mm, LR 2.3mm, and RR 2.1mm (should have noticed the LF and RF were said to be exactly the same). But with my basic car knowledge, all I knew was anything under 3mm was bad. They also said I needed a bunch on other small things. While I was surprised at this, they quoted me $3972.63 to fix it all. I declined because I wanted to take my car to where I bought it to find out what they would do about it. When I got to my original dealership where I purchased my car, they took a look at it in their maintenance area and gave me the news. The BMW Store straight lied to me!! They brought me back to the maintenance area and showed me everything that was on the estimate sheet. With a micrometer, they showed all my tires were around 5/32 or 3.9mm. That's about half the life of tires. Only 1 of my rotors, front left, was a bit warped, the rest were fine. They also showed me the manufacturer information on the sport package. Apparently The BMW Store could stand to learn some things about their vehicles, A 2010 BMW 328i coupe with xdrive comes with 17inch wheels in the sport package. The 328i without xdrive comes with 18inch wheels. They then told me my alternator and water pump drive belt tensioner was fine and didn't need anything. All the other stuff could be fixed at any oil change place for about 1/5 the price they were asking. They also explained that they do not do business with The BMW Store because their technicians work on commission. Embarrassed and frustrated, I took my car to another maintenance shop for a 3rd opinion, and they said the same things. To wrap it all up, The BMW Store lied to me about most of my car to try and get me to purchase unneeded parts for their financial benefit. You hear about this kind of stuff in movies and through other people but I never thought it would happen to me, especially at a luxury car dealership. I see a lot about how nice they the employees are in reviews, but maybe they are nice because they are salesmen and want that commission! I highly suggest not going to The BMW Store near Cincinnati and if for some reason you decide to, get a second opinion before committing to anything! read more

My family has bought a few cars here. The customer service is good for Cincinnati but not as friendly as the South. It is the best BMW store in the area. Its a BMW you get what you pay for its a stylish German performance and handling car and its not boring to drive like a Lexus or Mercedes. I like the 3 series and M3's only thou for BMW. They are way more personable here than at the Mercedes dealers in town. I would recommend this place if you want a BMW and you are from the Cincinnati area, its a little pricey but you get what you pay for. read more
