OMG. Our beloved…read moreSheepadoodle puppy, Dexter, has the biggest crush on Danyell from Zoologie Pet Services. He absolutely loves her walks and tummy scratches; he tells us in specific woofing patterns while she is around. Dexter also loves one of Danyell's traveling companions, Sno. Their visits are the highlights of his days at home. Like most people it isn't easy to trust your pet and home to someone new, but Danyell's consultation made us feel at ease...and our lives have been so much easier because we trusted her and Zoologie. I'd recommend Zoologie to anyone in Northwest Denver/Highlands, who needs a Dog Walker or Pet Sitter. Their website shows the pricing, and the prices are a bargain for the level of care, reliability, and professionalism that we receive.

My pup isn't the only one who loves her though....I am also a huge fan. She leaves me a daily report card of the times she visited as well as the pup's temperament and what they did with their time together. When I am a space cadet and forget I have a day off, Danyell is always flexible with my schedule...never making me feel bad for cancelling randomly or switching days. When there is a random day where she is sick or cannot make it, she always has a backup walker planned. I never, ever feel out of the loop and that is the most valuable part of our relationship. I am moving to a new apartment but am gladly taking Danyell with me! I don't know what we would do without her!

Kevin's attention to detail really impressed me; particularly in the way of his forms to get started (e.g., what John Coffey liked, where are the cleaning supplies, etc). After each walk a report card is always completed telling me about the walk, temperament of the pup, etc. Kevin and his team caught concerning symptoms of John Coffey's declining health; the daily report card triggering a vet visit. The vet visit resulted in a cancer diagnosis. Rather quickly the tumor took John's life but I really appreciate the flexibility and understanding they had when walks needed to be canceled for vet visits. After two short months with Dawg Dad, John Coffey passed away from aggressive cancer. I'm so grateful to know he got that extra love and attention those last couple of months. Just a month later, when I got a puppy, Kevin was willing to transfer the unused walks to the new highly energetic puppy, Marley Bob. I consider myself somewhat of a helicopter pet mom as she is my first puppy. Kevin and his team have been very receptive to feedback. The report cards show the new dog walker really likes dogs, particularly Marley Bob's breed, Rottweiler. Nice pairing Kevin! All and all, very pleased. 5 stars for Communication. 5 stars for Pet Care. 5 stars for Putting the Client First.

They'll feed him dinner and breakfast and he gets to play until 11am the following day. Beware if you stay here…read more Had a traumatic experience where I picked my pup up and immediately noticed she had big bite marks on her lips (pictured below) that the staff did not notice during her stay there which proves they did not give her proper attention. Then in the car back she threw up all over the car three times. Had to immediately take her to the emergency vet where they immediately flagged her for severe and deadly dehydration (see pic with her level of lethargy in the ER). So much so they had to keep her overnight on IVs and had her stay for 24 hours due to health risks. We had to stay the entire night in the emergency room with her after having extensive travels back from our trip which was taxing physically mentally emotionally as well as financially and will take us a very long time to recover from. Did little to reconcile or try to resolve the situation adequately with us. Therefore this is this warning of our experience to all who stay there.

Michelle and Jonni give our dogs so much love, and really treat them like members of the family. I am so high maintenance with my pets, and AiPS gives me peace of mind. I trust them. Jonni stays overnight with our dog, and compared to when we would pick him up at boarding facility, Rooney is calm and happy. No more stressed trips for us, wondering if he's eating or sleeping. At 90lbs and suffering from "protective of my best friends" syndrome, Mac isn't the easiest of pups so it was important for us to find someone who was experienced and loving to take care of our goofball. We were referred to Michelle by a neighbor and seriously couldn't feel more grateful to have found her! Michelle has the best energy and cares for all of the AiP family like they are her own. She is flexible with our schedules, provides updates (& amazing pics!), and is unbelievably caring & trustworthy. She also has a great team so you know you're always in good hands if Michelle isn't available (looking at you Natalie!). Needless to say, I'd highly recommend Michelle to all and can't thank her enough for the love she gives everyday to our big guy!

Two of them are my problem children: a Rottweiler mix foster fail who is reactive to bikes and other dogs and occasionally nervous around people like visiting contractors or UPS men, and the other is a 100+ lb Brazilian mastiff rescue from Aruba who is not fond of other dogs. The two of them began showing increasingly worse dog aggression toward other dogs on the trail and while camping, and had attacked several dogs by the time I found Loyal Hound/Juliet. I was at my wit's end, because I had already spent thousands of dollars and tried everything including other trainers at that point with little to no progress. I felt stuck with 2 big problems for the next 6-8 years. I hike at least 3 miles every single day off leash on the trails by my house, and I love to camp with my dogs in the summer, but they became such a liability that walks became stressful and camping became impossible. I finally found Juliet with Loyal Hound, and for our very first session we met at a crowded park and were going to be doing off leash training right away. I was so nervous -- all the triggers were present: other people with dogs on leashes, dogs off leashes, people on bikes, squirrels -- so I was absolutely AMAZED when we were walking my Rottweiler off leash through a gaggle of geese, past people on bikes, and past other dogs within a few minutes with no problems. It was nothing short of a miracle. Within a few sessions, I had both of my dog aggressive dogs walking on and off leash next to me, passing other dogs (sometimes dogs that were even barking at them) on trails safely with no reactivity. I cannot explain in words how much of a difference this has made in my life -- I feel like I got my life back. If you have a dog aggressive dog, this is the place to go. It's WELL worth the investment, and you will be amazed at the difference you will see in your dog. Thank you Loyal Hound & Juliet!!

I am looking forward to taking my two Samoyeds on walks again while walking my toddler in a stroller without having to worry that Hope will pull us. Trained dogs are safe dogs and I'd pay for the training with Juliet 10x over. Worth every penny! It makes my life easier as a single mom managing all the things to have two dogs that get to enjoy being outside with us because I trust them and they trust me. Don't hesitate if you need help with your dog!
