Mike came to to the house to set up a new modem. He was on time for the appointment and went right to work. I'd had a bad experience with online help with my last "new" modem, did not want to go thorough that again. While he was here he answered a number of questions that popped-up over the visit. I am a home user of Mac and Apple products and like most of us in the area, have to deal with Comcast/Xfinity as well.
