However scratched my wood floor and they were the only ones in the flip house that day. Cussed at and walked up on me like he wanted to fight , he is an old guy and didn't want to pay until my partner showed up. Gave me three hundred for the floors. Then come to find out where the pipe goes out the roof they didn't seal it properly and it is leaning and pulling shingles back ; it also leaks water . I called them he said they would come fix and the never did. Then four that the drain pipe going from bottom of heater to outside wasn't wrapped in moisture wrap; so it was leaking water into crawl space . I called him two day before buyers inspection was to happen he promised to come and fix this stuff and never did. Because of the water leaking in crawl space and the roof buyer backed out of sell. Then notice the return cover was bent and when I called him he said he ran out of material so he didn't come before inspection. When I told him it cost the sell of the house he said it wasn't his problem any longer and Larry hung up on me . I called back and told him I would take him to court he laughed and said do what you want and hung up and now won't answer the phone . I would never use this company ever again nor recommend you use them either. He is cheaper and I guess you get what you pay for. Trust me when I say be very careful when ever dealing with this company. Oh and he charged me an extra two hundred because I payed with my credit card. That was icing on my cake.

I cant believe what I went though with Dr.P. Tried to sell me a new unit. Do NOT recommend. Be weary, if you communicate any dissatisfaction, the team (husband/wife) tag team and scream. The husband was in the background literally yelling. I had to ask her to stop emailing me, in which she continued. I threatened to call the county attorney if she didn't stop. Not only did she NOT stop she had an officer call me to get my side of the story. He then called her to ask her to stop calling me. She is very dishonest. I do not post negative comments unless I feel the public needs to know. No business should ever scream and tag team a customer over nothing. It is on record however. I will NEVER use them again as well as 5 other people I have found in Oldham that feel the same. A good friend had a similar experience with them both. They are fake, not genuine people, it was their unprofessionalism that shocked me. Again, they will respond to this because they are terrified of a bad review, but I must tell others about my experience And share the truth! They have now updated their response FOUR times and is adding personal information about me on here that will likely result in a lawsuit as some should be very confidential.
