Zero stars if I could! They don't take service appointments only service appointments you can make is for oil changes. I had to fight for one got my car back they forgot to put screws back! Stay away from this dealer!

I just purchased a vehicle from here and must say that I am shocked to see all the negative reviews…read moreon here, my experience was the total opposite of negative. I saw the car online, sent in a inquiry about it, the next day I got emails to come in and see the car but there was only one picture of the vehicle, so I said "no 'm not unless you post more pictures for me to look at". They sent me several and told me they had just got the car in and that's why there was only one picture and it wasn't inspected or detailed. I then got an email from salesman Peter and he asked if I would be coming in that day since the pics were sent, I said yes, (with the determination of NOT buying a vehicle) but just looking at it as it wasn't clean, but did have a clean autocheck history and did have every bell and whistle that I wanted in a vehicle. I got there and was treated great! Peter was a fun and honest and professional person to work with and made my experience enjoyable. He didn't try and BS me about anything dealing with the car and was upfront about what he (the dealership) could and could not do. I would use him again if need be. Now my only gripe if there is one is this, why would a dealership even load pictures of a car that they just got in and list it for sale when they haven't done any inspections, any maintenance or detailing. That's like putting the cart before the horse. So I bought the car on that Saturday (so much for not buying when I said I wouldn't), but didn't receive it until Wednesday because they had to do the aforementioned maintenance, inspections, detailing. Peter did honor his word by having the car delivered to me since I lived about an hour or so away and didn't want to drag my wife back down there to go get it. So all and all this was a pleasurable experience, I love the car (SUV), it came to me clean and small imperfections were repaired/corrected to my surprise. Only time will tell if the car will hold up but everything on it seems nice and strong so I am pleased. Thank you Peter and the rest of the staff that helped (even if it was just getting us water to drink), I appreciate it and am glad I am not one of the people who had bad experiences for whatever reason.

Roshan even drove the truck to us to finalize the deal! When we found a few paint chips and a door ding, Roshan assured us they'd be fixed. However, getting those minor repairs completed became a major hassle, dropping our experience to 4 stars. I had to constantly chase them to schedule the initial touch-up, which was subpar and didn't fix the ding. Austin, another sales manager, then promised to send it to their body shop, but again, it required persistent follow-up from me. The repair took nearly two weeks for what seemed like minor issues. We faced a lack of communication regarding progress and had initial difficulty securing a rental car (though Austin did step up to help with this later). It was frustrating to essentially be without our new truck for so long over a few small cosmetic fixes. While the sales team initially went above and beyond, the post-sale follow-through on repairs was a significant letdown, requiring far too much effort on our part. In the end, we do love our new Ram. Took a little bit for my husband to get over trading in the "old" one.

I booked an appointment online a few days ahead of time for a warranty repair and oil change. I got a text asking me to confirm the morning of my appointment. When I showed up and told the person at the front desk that I had an appointment, he didn't bother to ask my name to look up my info, but just asked why I was bringing it in (when I put all of that info in online), and told me that I would have to leave it at least 2 days because they had a lot of cars that were dropped off that were ahead of me that they wanted to finish before the weekend. I asked if those people had appointments, and he said that "90% of people do not make appointments", and that making an appointment doesn't mean that it will be repaired that day or even looked at. This makes absolutely no sense to me. He said that they were thinking about taking the appointment option off of their website, because there is no point in making one. I told him that I wished someone would've called me to let me know this so I wouldn't have come that day or could have gone up there on a different day, and he said that they don't look at the appointments that they have until the day of. During our conversation, neither the service person I was assigned to nor management bothered to come out and talk to me. I don't care if I have to drive to Carrollton or Timbuktu, but I will not be coming back to this sham of a dealership!

But once the warranty ended, I had my oil changed closer to my home. Then I received a coupon in the mail for a great oil change deal, so I went back. The service dept. leaves something to be desired IMO, esp if you are a single female who knows nothing about cars. First, they found a cracked boot. I got a second opinion closer to my house and Toyota was 1/2 the price. Or so I thought. I mentioned this to the service writer. Not once did he tell me that the price quoted me was only for 1/2 the axle. I know nothing about cars & I feel that he just wanted me to get the job done there, knowing full well that the other quote I received was for a FULL axle. The work was done & the price was as quoted EXCEPT for a $95 shop charge. This WAS NOT part of the original estimate. This is super shady - will not be going back EVER.

I trusted this dealership because I've had good experiences in the past. That trust was completely broken. I recently purchased a 2019 vehicle with about 64,000 miles. The Carfax showed a strong maintenance history, and I was told the vehicle had been inspected and was ready for sale. Within days, I noticed a noise that clearly wasn't normal and brought it back. First visit, they said they couldn't replicate it. Second visit, two technicians drove it, confirmed they heard the noise, performed a multi point inspection, and still told me everything was fine and the vehicle was operating as intended. I have paperwork showing this. I was never told about any issues. Something didn't sit right, so I took it to Subaru of Newnan. Within minutes, they found multiple major problems totaling around $7,000 in repairs. This includes an exhaust manifold failure, timing cover reseal, alignment issues, and steering concerns. These are not minor issues and not normal for a vehicle with this mileage. I haven't even gone through a full tank of gas since buying it. These problems were there. I went back to Toyota and asked them to unwind the deal. They refused. The only options they gave me were to repair it through their service department or get into another vehicle on their lot. I declined both because I no longer trust their inspection or service process. I was also told that if something isn't considered a safety issue, it may not be repaired or even disclosed before being sold. That should concern anyone buying a vehicle here. After years of loyalty, this is how I was treated. I strongly recommend getting any vehicle independently inspected before buying from this dealership.

But a text message, stating that after a close look at my vehicle they do not feel comfortable working on the car and that I could come in to pickup the car. Because of its age (2013) and high mileage. Once I got there, I was presented a work order that showed a bunch of codes that were pulled during the diagnoses. More than two weeks to only show me a piece of paper with codes on it, that could have been pulled in 24 to 48hrs the latest. During this time, I was the one reaching out to them to ask on the status. Only to receive "sorry checking with the technician and will let you know" messages in return. If the technician was struggling to identify the problem, be honest and reach out to the customer. Two weeks without a car is not easy. I left with a clear explanation of what was wrong with the car in the end. Serious lack of professionalism and respect for my time. I was even considering purchasing a new car with Hyundai Newnan. Not happening!

During that time, communication was virtually nonexistent. No updates, no explanations, no urgency. We finally had to drive back to the dealership ourselves just to demand answers because no one bothered to keep us informed. After almost two weeks, we were told the vehicle was ready. We picked it up, only to discover the original problem had not been fixed. We had to turn around, bring it right back, and leave it there again. The final repair? Replacing the ignition coils. Waiting two weeks for that diagnosis and repair is simply unacceptable. If your technicians were struggling to identify the problem, be honest with your customers. Delays happen, but silence is not customer service. Keeping someone's vehicle for two weeks without meaningful communication--and then returning it without fixing the issue--shows a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for your customers' time. The manager only made the experience worse. Instead of listening to our concerns, she was dismissive, rude, condescending, and patronizing. She immediately defended her employee without taking the time to hear our side or investigate what had happened. We left feeling ignored, disrespected, and treated as though our concerns didn't matter. She also failed to follow through with promised communication. We understand that repairs don't always go as planned. What we cannot accept is poor communication, a lack of accountability, and being treated with disrespect. Customers deserve honesty, timely updates, competent repairs, and managers who know how to resolve problems--not dismiss them. We will not be returning, and based on our experience, we cannot recommend this dealership's service department to anyone!!! DON"T GO HERE FOR REPAIRS!!!!!
