Linda was great about asking if there was going to be any irrigation problems where the generator will be placed. They know what they're doing.

What they did is a $250 fine and caused us to abandon our park plans for the day. Never use this company. They hate disabled people and go out of their way to show it! WE FILED A COMPLAINT with the county and the supervisor was reportedly in route to see them at the job site. Wilhelm are confirmed Assholes! For the personnel working at Nokomis, Pocono Trail 2/19/26 4:00pm two guys. The grunt was just sitting on his butt in the handicap parking spot while fixated/looking at his phone. He refused to move or ask the boss man to move "because he is annasshole", he said several times. The boss was wearing a black balaclava cutting the grass at a completely separate park while blocking anyone from using this park if you can believe that! Total jerks even when asked! Two cars trying to park and the boss's evil stink eye was the best we could get from Wilhelm. They are not answering their phone this afternoon. I would like to speak to the owner and will try more. I will also be back in touch with the county over their contract and the blocking of the entrance and handicap access to entire park with refusal to assist handicapped people keep access is the most disturbing. I've used their lawn pest service for some time, and I wish I had checked reviews before signing up. I first contacted them in March after noticing clear signs of a chinch bug infestation. I built my home 22 years ago and have dealt with chinch bugs before--I know exactly what the damage looks like. Instead of taking my concern seriously, they repeatedly insisted it was just drought stress. From March through July, I called multiple times asking them to properly investigate. When they finally came out in June, the inspection felt very superficial. They ran my irrigation for a couple of minutes, did a quick moisture test, and again concluded it was drought--even though my irrigation system had already been checked and confirmed to be working properly. Meanwhile, the damage pattern in my lawn clearly matched chinch bugs, while the rest of the yard remained healthy. The most frustrating part is that the Monday after telling me I did NOT have chinch bugs, they returned and treated the lawn for chinch bugs anyway. That alone shows how uncertain their diagnosis was. Now my lawn is in the worst condition it has been in since I built my home 22 years ago. What should have been a manageable issue was allowed to spread because they refused to listen and delayed proper treatment. When I asked them to make it right, I was met only with excuses and no accountability. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to think twice before using Turner Pest Control for lawn pest services.

Review of Ultimate Lawn Care…read more Near the end of July I entered an agreement with ULC to remove existing lawn and replace with St. Augustine sod grass. The first day they sprayed the lawn to kill all the grass and weed on my lawn. They failed to mark out my lawn's perimeter with the neighbors and killed some of their grass. In the removal process they damaged the sprinkler system costing me an extra $200.00. When they started to install the sod I could only describe as where it lands it stays. As they obviously had no plan as to my property borders about a half of skid was on the golf course property. I then provided them with some twine to use marking my property so sod was only put on my property not the golf course. The left side where they killed the neighbor's grass they used sod I paid for but the line instead of being straight is a complete example of their unprofessional character. The line is not a line but a wondering along a crooked path. After two days they discovered that they were several pallets short as their estimate grossly understated the amount of sod needed. I was foolish enough to pay for 75% of the additional cost to which I never received a thank you and mostly received an attitude that I should have paid for all of their mistake. The original estimate was for $5,775.00 and I foolishly paid $9,000.00. My next problem is where one area is not doing well with about 75% of the sod dead and 25% showing life. I asked ULC about the problem to which they stated their not responsible for the sod. They concluded that I wasn't watering it as instructed. UTC had their sprinkler contractor program my sprinkler system and they advised me it was set and I didn't have to do anything. I needed some additional sprinkler work and the company I contacted told me that the zone 5 problem area was never set thus no watering. All my sprinkler heads had cement rings around them. When I asked UTC about the rings, I was told they would look into it, which means I will have to replace them at my expense. My opinion of ULC is that they don't know how to plan, estimate, execute or hire competent workers. There is a definite lack of integrity and professionalism dealing with ULC. For warned is for armed.

He then used the leaf blower on my vehicle to try and get the debris off but because it was wet with dew it just grinder the debris across my vehicle causing scratches all over. I became very angry and said why wouldn't you just face the blower the other way or better yet use a broom around the vehicles. He then said "That is slave work, I'm trying to make money" his exact words. I was furious that I know have to go wash my vehicle before going to work because my car was covered in dirt and leaves. This man was extremely disrespectful and after that when I would drive by the workers they would all laugh at me. These men do not care about anyone but themselves they even said they are just in it for the money. I do not recommend them to my worst enemy. They are currently cutting a tree down that fell on my roof from the storm. They are letting debris fall onto our deck and did not give us a heads up or put up a tarp or protection so that the debris would fall off the roof to the ground instead of going into our clean deck. We called them out and they ignored us and are now laughing in our faces because we expect common sense and decency from a company that works for the people. I do not recommend you hire these very unprofessional inconsiderate people. They will just laugh in your face when they mess up your property.

At one point he finally spoke to Alan and said we wanted it leveled!! Agreed to send his crew over after they finished our friend's driveway. It's been a few weeks and still waiting! At one point I called him from my phone and didn't give my name just a message to call me "about a patio". He called right back and must have been surprised when I handed the phone to my husband. Again promises made; promises NOT KEPT! I would not recommend his company because he cannot be an upstanding business man!
